2.5/5 difficulty i was intimidated at first but i felt so good by the end! the routine wasn’t as difficult as i expected and i was familiar with all the poses already. i’m definitely coming back to this! my only comment is i wanted more of a cool down (stretching/savasana) but since this is a quick video i totally understand. i used the 15 mins stretch for stress/anxiety video on your channel instead :)
After only one week of doing this class I feel my muscles!!! Perfect for the body strength and back relax! This is my favorite class so far, and it's good for business days coz it's only 30 min. Thank you!!!

The vigorous class was a welcome change of pace! I really like your attention to wrists and your pacing -- great for someone who just wants to get straight into it!

WOW I really enjoyed that. Thank You. Having been somewhat disconnected from the yoga flow for a while this was an absolute gem of a reintroduction. Being an a moon cycle one was adapting some postures to suit the balance of flow and listening to the body and it was just such a treat. Namaste. Whole Heart!
