This video is my first impressions look review of the Mobvoi Ticwatch Pro 3 smartwatch! After the unboxing, I decided to use the smartwatch for a period of a couple of days, and here are my impressions and a list of all the features, specs, design etc. Features include brand new sleep tracking, heart rate and blood oxygen (SPO2) monitoring, fitness workout modes all within the boundaries of Googles Wear OS! It also has a list of customized watch faces, and 3rd party support for more! Qualcomm Snapdragon 4100, 1GB Ram, 8GB Storage and 577 mAh battery are some of the specs! Is this the best smartwatch available in 2021?

I've had the pro for 2 years and its really really good. love the media control i have over slaved ear buds and blue tooth speakers. call, text, and even web surf. (tiny screen makes it a bit hard) the only thing i did not like is that you have to have a Verizon account and an add on plan to use the stand alone feature for calls and text so you can leave your phone at home.
All watches require service to be standalone tbh,
i still use my original tic watch pro still works fine will upgrade when it completely die
I use huawei ecossystem, and am used to monitorize my sleep on my watch gt2 pro. I just can't imagine anymore what it is to charge the battery every 2 to 3 days. More likely every 2 days, because anything else in between isn't usable since I am working and won't charge it on the middle of the day. At the beginning it was strange to sleep with my watch, but ever since I begun to see the Charts getting info every single night, about sleep info such as deep sleep and rem, I never looked back again. I am used to get always 10 days of battery use. Anything else, is a no go too....

I bought this, then returned it and got a galaxy watch 3. The spo2 wasn't accurate. I'm not sure about the other sensors, but if one doesn't work then...

after 9 months, the Tic Watch Pro 3 overheated and stopped working only after going for a 10 min swim in a pool at surface level. Surface Level!! I've showered once or twice with it before with no problems. Now Tic Watch support is telling me it is my fault and will not replace under the 12 month warranty! this is terrible support. I did not go diving with the watch, only swam at surface for a few minutes as it IS rated to be able to do so.

Charger looks awesome. You can actually charge it without taking it of. Probably the reason for not being the “disc”

Not enough of the features mentioned. It has fall detection, via 3rd party apps. Seems it has SOS emergency reaction of some kind, that you accidentally mentioned.
To frail baby boomers like myself, these two features are essential. One day you youngsters might know about we grown ups.
The esim has arrived here in Australia, but only on the three main carriers. None of the other carriers. Google Playstore is lower cost, more versatile than anything dared to be placed in the Apple ghetto. Apple is hostile to anything that gives it too much hardware flexibility or third party brands. Apple also has limited battery sizes, but children don't care about these fashion irrelevancies.

What is the watch face in the thumbnail? Is it me or does it have blue accents around the gold?

Had this watch and yes it's fantastic but got rid of it because when I had it off on the charger it would take at least 1/2 a day to get it reconnect again to the phone not sure why that was and Mobvoi only answer was factory reset which meant the other part of the day was taken up setting up the watch to my desired choice. Very disappointing
Is this a common issue?
@@Filthyserb262 not sure but it did my head in. When it connected to the phone there would be no notifications on the watch from the phone. I have an Oppo Reno 10x Zoom phone maybe its the problem

The option with reply on message is only on android or is on iPhone too ??
What earbuds are you wearing in this video? Can you suggest me some? I am using a Mate 40 Pro and use to have Freebuds Pro, Anker Liberty Air 2 Pro and Hyphen. Unhappy with all 3, sound issues, mostly all of the guys I am talking make efforts to hear me. And Hyphen 2 are not too comfortable. Thanks!
Would be nice if other manufacturers started using the dual screen topology. What about making it black & white pixels making multitude of screens possible or just go the route of transflective.
I so bad really want a great Wear OS watch but none are quite what I'm looking for. Samsung too power hungry and only amoled. Nice casing though except it's 20mm band. Mobvoi near perfect - but cheap plastic casing. Huawei Watch 3 is also very nice and even nicer casing than Samsung but no Google software is a mayor turn off - and only amoled as well. I do however really like the Qi charging og Samsung and Huawei.
So somebody - please make a nice classy looking stainless steel, ceramic or titanium smart watch with a screen other than "only amoled" and wireless charging - and of course newest processor and future proofed to get Wear OS 3 - I'll buy it in an instant!

If you already have a Samsung phone, get the glaxaly watch 4 classic. If you don't, get this. This watch is better when you have any android phone
Don't buy it if you are hoping for the updated Gear OS. I bought Fall of 2021 because it was supposedly going to be updated in 2022 - March of 2023 no update yet, and there is talk of a Ticwatch 5 coming out with the updated Gear OS. We have been swindled. Either wait for the TW5, or look at Samsung or Suunto.

Not anymore if you you can grab an LTE WearOS 3 smartwatch from a leading brand Samsung with 1.5 GB Ram and 16gb ROM for lesser price than pro 3. Only advantage of pro 3 will be dual display.

I am torn between the tic watch pro 3 and galaxy watch 4 classic. I have the Huawei watch gt and honor magic watch 2 as well as the fossil Gen 5. The fossil is not the best and I just sold it a long with watch gt so I am looking at the tic watch or the samsung. I like the look of the tic watch way more than the galaxy watch 4. Am a little disappointed with the new Samsung watches. Any opinion on what one to get?
Do not buy from Mobvoi they have no repair mechanism in place these are too expensive to be throw away products but if they can't fix it if there is an issue then it is disposable.
Can you leave your phone at home and still pick up messages and phone calls, and does it have GPAY?
TY for shearing. Seams to be my best option so far. Any 1 know if it has a tally app like golf strokes ? Also I need it to display my HR 24/7 without having to push a button. PLZ let me know if it can do these for me :)

Be careful when you wash your hands. If water comes in then the mobvoi will refuse to repair under warranty because of placing the watch under "high speed water". This is not a joke. There is a lot far reviews on redit forum etc.

I could not be more disappointed with my TicWatch Pro 3 GPS. That's not true. Their customer service was more disappointing. I purchased the watch over less expensive watches impressed by the ability to track oxygen saturation, HR, and GPS coordinates. I found the watch buggy and glitchy. The biggest issue was that after using the watch to track vitals during cold showers, it stopped working. Since the watch says waterproof on the box "IP68 and swim-suitable" I figured this would be fine. When I contacted customer service for a replacement or refund they denied it saying that the watch is not to be worn in strong currents. I don't know about what kind of shower they take, but mine would not be considered a strong current. Certainly no stronger than someone swimming like in the symbol depicted on the box. Bear in mind these cold showers were for fitness so no soap was involved, just trying to maximize my time in the cold water. Customer service refused repeatedly to issue any refund or replacement. The best they offered was a 30% discount on a $300 watch that bear in mind, cannot handle a shower despite being "waterproof" and even boasting a handwashing timer as a built in app. Absolutely ridiculous.

it has huge software problems (the 3 pro LTE model)
1. sleep track just don't work
2. 24 heart monitor sometimes not working
3. Google the last 4 months has decided to block Mobvoi so Google Fit is not sync data. Mobvoi still have not solved the problem
4. tax support from community is awful
5. pedometer shows... whatever in steps. it even counts as step when you move on...your xhair
except this all other are ok. But these are deal breakers for me so iam gonna return it.

Don't buy MOBVOI! I've had the Pro 3 for three months. It worked well for the first two. Suddenly I could not speak over the watch on a phone call. It would receive the call but I could only take the call on the phone. I did everything suggested by customer service but nothing worked. Then the watch silenced all of mt notification sounds. Customer service had no answer. Then the watch started turning off for no reason. The return policy/procedure was rediculous so I ended up throwing it in the trash. DO NOT BUY MOBVOI! Total rip off!
If pixel watch isnt on par with this, im getting the ticwatch pro3 to replace my apple watch, can you voice reply to messages and have it dictate the text?
I don't think Apple let you answer text on watches apart from the Apple watch.

Yes, I believe you can dictate what you want to say and it types the reply for you. I was just playing around with it yesterday and saw that WhatsApp had options for voice, keyboard and emoji replies

In private databases (JB HIFI, Australia) the smartwatches with fall detection are listed, only to on site shop buyers. Only about 3 models, in all brands, offer this.

@@DR.DisInfect Have you used the watch at a beach? If it is a glass face, the sand might scratch the glass. Also, when going hiking, if you scratch it against rocks, there might be sand that can cause a scratch.

Hauwei gt2 is still the best watch, the watch makers need to concentrate on what makes the watch so good 7 10 day battery life, we just need an app ecosystem and features that match current Samsung and Apple offerings

If you are in india the go for oppo watch 46mm, all the same features, may even look better, cheaper, yes processor is a generation old but still very smooth, I can vouch for it cause I am using it.

Poor battery
After 2 days of use without charging, the battery level is 50%... Though it may depend based on how heavy your use is.
This watch looks so much like Honor's Magic Watch 2 which has been out for some time now and offers nothing more.
Google Playstore is nothing? Gboard etc is not available on Apple. Similar with sleep, fall monitors, etc. 3rd party products are better than OEM, generally.
