Hope Holly is recovering quickly. Jenelle ( phonetically) is a really great substitute on this project. She is a real asset to your channel and it’s good to see her more comfortable on camera.
You are very fortunate that your female better half is willing to help and participate. She makes a great addition to your channel. You guys make a great team.
18:35 I remember from one of my first aid instructors, they let people put buckets of dry sand near the extinguishers. The powder extinguisher (mandatory here) is known to cause electrical problems in the long run. CO2 extinguishers are great but also have to be refilled when used. Bucket of sand is nearly free and will extinguish many small fires.
i know from working on a budget i have let fires get a little to close to out of hand bc i really did not want to have to go buy a new one. made that comment at the local hardware store and had the sand comment made and it is for sure true i have no problem dumping sand on something smoldering and problem solved
Rudy's repeated run-ins with the bull thistle next to the Jeep had me laughing so hard. That is one plant that I DO NOT MISS from my time living in eastern Oregon!
I enjoy watching you two working together. It's great that you both are always learning new skills. Janelle, I think you earned your spot on the team and hope you don't have to step aside when Hollie recovers. I would like to see videos come out a little more often as you guys are very uplifting to watch. In the shop or on an adventure in the Rudicon. keep up the good work and be safe.
Rudy and Janelle it is a Awesome video and specially with Janelle there with you working and she can keep you straight and you both keep up the good work
Janelle is BAD ASS. Most guys have to use welding shirts, Janelle does it in a tank top. She rocks. Rudy needs to get her in front of camera more, I think she has more mechanical abilities to share. Good build guys. God bless
Rudy you are a lucky man to have a woman by your side that knows how to work on cars and shares your passion. being 44 I have dated dozens of women through out my life. not one knew how to work on a car. except the one I married last year.
"will be funny when I twist one up" Adams Driveshaft response was "challenge accepted" their products are top notch. Build looking amazing Rudy!!! Great work!!!!
A friend's dad died in a fire last week, he was working on a carburetor in a garage and something electrical sparked the fuel vapor. So in rethinking how I work around gas from now on, hope you'll do the same. Keep up the great work and stay safe!
I’ve been watching your Dad for a couple of years now and decided to see what you were doing. Hoping that you were following in your Dad’s footsteps. Setting stuff on fire, dropping things, designing as you go. I LOVE IT!!! You’re just like your Dad. You’ve got a bright future!
Rudy you have always been pretty good on camera but you are getting even better. Fun to watch you explain the task and then see how it comes out. Janelle seems more comfortable on camera too.
Ramcharger lookin' killer!!! I'm impressed with Jannelle's welding & all around skills!! She not just another pretty face, she a keeper Rudy! Hope you make into the offroad challenge!!!
Nice seeing the Ram rolling again!! A lady that can do brake lines AND weld?! Looks like a keeper to me!! I liked how Janelle was finishing putting gas in and Rudy is sitting in the driver's seat "Are we ready now?" LOL!! I thought Robby had the Hillbilly working for him. Rudy has one too--turns out it's him!!
Really looking great, Rudy. That front axel is so beefy. Janelle is such a great Shop Partner. You guys should really give everyone a serious Run. Stay Safe in the Shop! MWP Cosby, Tn.
Nice to see the build coming along. Do get several fire extinguishers, big and small, as well a fire blankets. Do carry fire extinguishers on your vehicles also.
Well you made the comment you had to modify everything, well be thankful you are smart enough to do just that. Cant imagen where you learned that skill. You are a problem solver, and a good one at that. I dont know how much you are paying your assistant but it is not enough. Not only is she easy on the eyes, she seems to know what she is doing. Good help is hard to find. Treat her right. be safe and thanks for the adventure.
I had a 1978 Ramcharger 4X4 with a set of BF Goodrich 31x10.50 tires that never got stuck. I had to get rid of it, because every time I went out to play, half of my time was spent dragging Chevys out of the snow or mud. Watching this build makes me want to get another one again.
Dang!! The Rad Charger is looking really good! The mix of painted and "shiny" parts looks awesome. Janelle has more moxie than I do if she can weld in a "T" top!!! "IT'S ALIVE!!" Sounds pretty awesome to me! Great work you two!!!
Janelle is a great women Rudy. Naturally pretty does not wear makeup, not afraid of dirty work, can do breaks, works the camera, has a humorous personality and sassy. You two make a great team. Put a ring on that girl if she will have you. My wife of 36 years is the same, used to help me in the shop all the time. Me and her could hang a Ford 351 engine out of my truck in 1hr.
The creative fabrication *situation* solving solutions you come-up-with, are so mechanically valuable. {If broken down away from parts supply, Rudy is the person to have along on your adventure}.
Rudy you and Janelle make a great team and couple. Janelle can weld and paint and also run the camera pretty good. And also keep you inline and out of trouble somewhat. You know you also will have Holly to back you up for support Holly and you two make a great team also. I like it when you and Janelle work together it's awesome to see you two work together.
Rudy it's looking really good so far. O Wow. 🔥. Can't wait to see more videos soon my friend. Keep up the great craftsmanship and hard work my friend. Fab On weld On. Keep Making. God bless.
I am really enjoying this build. It brings back fun memories. I bought an 85 Ramcharger off the showroom floor. Same color, with a 360, that was one of my favorite rigs. It was my everyday driver, and it was awesome off-road. I miss that truck. Thanks for the memories
Rudy, I've only been bit twice by rattle snakes, I'm eventually going to get it done, just like you did!😮😮 I'm going to start strengthening the steering on my Bronco, just like you, and modify the pitman arm. This is great! 😮 😉
Son like father, 😂 Anytime Rudy modifies something I think what would his dad do. It would be funny if Rudy told us what he was going to try then call his dad and see what he would do, see how they compare. Fire extinguishers?
I myself think the exhaust sounds Wicked Cool ! But I like loud Mopar's . Rudy you an the Mrs are doin a fine job at getting this thing done. I do hope that Holly is recovering well. Best of luck and stay safe an be blessed. ✌️❤️🙏
Now Hollie would love that thistle. The thistle is the national flower of Scotland and we Scots are a wee bit fond of them. Great job on the Radcharger, love me some Mopar!
Your channel has improved loads man its great to see you get going . Enjoying watching the fab work on this rig from a fellow welder mechanic it's easy to get enjoyment watching now days then doing It lol
From a guy who worked at a muffler shop for a few years, your idea to cross the left pipe over to the right side was exactly what I was thinking! Glad the fire wasn't too bad. Hopefully, you'll get the minor bugs worked out soon!
STREET LEGAL? I didn't catch if the OnXOffroad challenge builds were going to be street and emission legal? Are they? Or are they for OFF road use only? You guys are doing a pretty good job. The plasma cutting table and press break bender, sure make things easier. The PIT ARM mod. looks strong, but that's a critical part. I would think you could buy a Pit Arm already done and tested to withstand the extreme forces that will endure. I think the PIT ARM will break at the worst time... We'll see! lol
Rudy, your Fab Skills are outstanding... you try it, mod it, bend it, tack it, oops it, and then make it work.... I used to have a 4x4 Ramcharger back in the late '80s, loved that truck.
Jannelle the more you play in the shop, the more you learn. The better you get. In a years time you’ll be making It look easy. Thanks.
Shut up Steve.
I definitely agree
Jannelle is an awesome shop girl! very fun to watch . thanks for this video . really enjoyed it.
Great job Janelle. Rudy is very fortunate to have you!!
Hope Holly is recovering quickly. Jenelle ( phonetically) is a really great substitute on this project. She is a real asset to your channel and it’s good to see her more comfortable on camera.
Well Holly sure didn't give her any props on the onX Off-Road Webinar.
The driving off into the sunset shot was a nice touch.
You are very fortunate that your female better half is willing to help and participate. She makes a great addition to your channel. You guys make a great team.
any woman who welds with medium protection gloves and no long sleeves, has my upmost respect
Cool...we like the Ramcharger, Janelle working on it, the interesting, quality video, Rudy doing Rudy stuff...you've got this!
18:35

Dry dirt will also do the same thing, and Rudy looks like he has plenty of that in the yard 🤣
Rudy and Janelle you two are fantastic, I hope Janelle can wear a welding jacket so she doesn't get burnt please
Rudy's repeated run-ins with the bull thistle next to the Jeep had me laughing so hard. That is one plant that I DO NOT MISS from my time living in eastern Oregon!
I enjoy watching you two working together. It's great that you both are always learning new skills. Don't be so hard on yourself Baby Rojo Beard. Other than picking up rattle snakes, you're very smart.
Rudy and Janelle it is a Awesome video and specially with Janelle there with you working and she can keep you straight and you both keep up the good work
I just love how you werent even suprised you set the floor on fire... just like oh, yea i was dumb...
Dude. You’re a bad ass. You’ve got this.
Janelle is BAD ASS. Most guys have to use welding shirts, Janelle does it in a tank top. She rocks. Rudy needs to get her in front of camera more, I think she has more mechanical abilities to share. Good build guys. God bless
Janelle is without question Ride or Die. 👍🏿👍🏿 Rudy she has your back. She is not afraid to get dirty. She is the ultimate keeper.
Janelle is badass! Big shoes fo fill & totally stepping up to the task.
Rock on
I'm glad Mr Higgins is supervising you both! 😁
Rudy you are a lucky man to have a woman by your side that knows how to work on cars and shares your passion.
being 44 I have dated dozens of women through out my life. not one knew how to work on a car. except the one I married last year.
Janelle says "don't judge my welding", I think "didn't start a fire, so great job" lol.
Rudy have you been working at FabRats. The fire seems to be an indicator. LoL God bless
One of my favorite series so far. I love the Ramcharger (I had two, an 83+85) Can't wait to see this rig out!
Good seeing regular progress by you two.
I have so much respect for you Rudy. You get er done, and figure it out.
"will be funny when I twist one up" Adams Driveshaft response was "challenge accepted" their products are top notch. Build looking amazing Rudy!!! Great work!!!!
Man you two work well together. Well don on driving. Pressure is really on now.
A lot of people don't like the sound of a MOPAR starter motor... I LOVE IT!
Great project. You are really coming along. Really nice to see Janelle working on the project too !! (my husband says "And welding !!")
Nice job Rudy and Janelle, definitely getting it done!! Roll cage time and final once overs and its ready to eat
A friend's dad died in a fire last week, he was working on a carburetor in a garage and something electrical sparked the fuel vapor. So in rethinking how I work around gas from now on, hope you'll do the same. Keep up the great work and stay safe!
Janelle ,great job explaining brake lines. You are a natural on camera.
I’ve been watching your Dad for a couple of years now and decided to see what you were doing. Hoping that you were following in your Dad’s footsteps.

MWP Cosby, Tn.
It’s been a while since I’ve watched one of your videos. You have really upped your game. Looking forward to the next one.
Can't wait to see it on the trail! Mad skills, have much envy!
Nice to see the build coming along. Do get several fire extinguishers, big and small, as well a fire blankets. Do carry fire extinguishers on your vehicles also.
Awesome job guys. Yall gotta do more projects together. I love some of the directions. Great comic relief.
Well you made the comment you had to modify everything, well be thankful you are smart enough to do just that. Cant imagen where you learned that skill. Great job you too, I hate that Hollie is out, but I know you two will get it done. Super happy you guys are building a Mopar.
Looking awesome Rudy and Janelle. Keep up the great work and content
Jennelle welding in a tanktop? Beastmode. 😂😂❤
Jannelle, you are doing awesome.
I do hope Holly is healing up.
Rudy, keep on keeping on my friend.
That thing is badass Rudy , you guy's have done an excellent job on it and I think it could easily win the challenge. Thanks for the video.
Rudy my man your experience grows with every failure...you and Janelle are awesome man
This thing is turning out cooler than I thought it would.
Good job Rudy and Janelle.
Nice build, looks quite capable. Kool sunset drone shots, great timing & terrain! Looks like teamwork, too! Thanx !
Out of all 3 builds. This one is definitely my favorite. Hopefully hollie heals up soon but Janelle is doing awesome. Love it guys
Hello Rudy, the Air cleaner has (2) inlets the second inlet is called, a Power Snorkel, by Mopar.
Janelle is the bomb ! Brake lines? That's awesome! They not always easy!
I just love how you and Janelle work together and get along so well. Can't wait to see you guys finish this project and start your next one.
Well done, you two. Just . . . well done.
Love Janelles excitement as she is doing the breaks. Nice progress on the beast.
Looking great.
Don't forget, those Chrysler transmissions don't run the pump in park, the fluid level needs to be checked in neutral. 😉
that thistle is Hollie telling you to move yer arrsse!! hope you get better soon Hollie, love from the UK.
Other than it sounds like it's going to fall apart, the Ramcharger looks proper beefy. Nice work Rudy.
All I can say is that you Rudy, better be good to Janelle. Any lady that can say "cut and flange" that confidently, is a major keeper.
Good job guys....you'll get the bugs worked out for sure !!
Janelle is a keeper not many women will wrench with you. She doesn't mind one bit. Yall are great together
@rRudy your production value and comfort behind the camera have come a long way. Massive growth difference since day one.
The ZJ saves your day!!
Dang!! The Rad Charger is looking really good! The mix of painted and "shiny" parts looks awesome. Janelle has more moxie than I do if she can weld in a "T" top!!! "IT'S ALIVE!!" Sounds pretty awesome to me! Great work you two!!!

It lives ! I like the way it sounds ! Thanks for sharing .
Love your fab skills!! Totally CRAE CRAE what comes from you guys imaginations!!!
The creative fabrication *situation* solving solutions you come-up-with, are so mechanically valuable. {If broken down away from parts supply, Rudy is the person to have along on your adventure}.
Yeah, Rudy, like Janelle said, don't weld over fire!
good job you two, it's great to watch you team up on this stuff.

Damn Rudy!! Don't burn the Rad Charger down before you win the event!!! #BuiltByBo
Young lady. You are creating beautiful brake lines. If you can use copper. It will last longer. You are doing a great job.
I’m drooling over how amazing the RadCharger has been going. Everything looks sweet. Great job 👏👏👏
Glad to see Jannelle developing her welding skills!

I hate doing brake work. I wish my wife could do them 😂 I’m a little jealous of Rudy ✌🏼😁

Way to go Rudy very awesome!!! Love it. So will this be your truck?
Nice that at least Rudy is in the habit to paint some parts instead of constructing another rust heap.👍🏻
This is a great series. Thanks for sharing.

Oh man those polished 4 link and that painted axel Yukon diff covers man that things sweet
