Dorian u have great stage presence, I don't think a pro card makes one more credible, you're a complete bodybuilder, symmetry and proportions, u have a great love for the sport and that shows in how willing u are to share knowledge you've gained, that outweighs a pro card for me, your persistence and resilience is admirable stay strong bro, let the gains continue

Also the dad hats finally a company that is all about Dad hats. There's a few others like hostile and ax and sledge. They started doing it. I'm glad they did. Because if you're like me you have a skinnier head so the snapbacks were fitted it's like you have a bobblehead on top of your head. Plus I'm from the country and that's all we've ever worn was Dad hats I guess you would say. That might have to order a couple of them up
Bro you looked slick on that stage!! Pythons for arms bigger by far, and your shoulders are boulders compared to most of those in the lineup but all are impressive with no disrespect, looking like some good blocking happening on stage though. Stoked to see that you still have that fire and your not going to let that loss take you back, you will come back bigger and badder next time no doubt big man! Really curious to see a video about KoreStrengthUSA company and whats going on there, especially what kind of machines you'll be making. with your knowledge of some of the old school machines we haven't seen similar of in a while I am sure you could create some cool pieces.

LOL I've never competed but for what it's worth the shape that you guys get into when you say you miss the mark. 99.9% of people in the world don't get into that kind of shape so don't beat yourself up. And this is to you and anybody. I think the lowest I ever got was 10%, maybe nine. And I was not happy. My metabolism so fast that I look like a swimmer even when I was 225 2:30. But now safely at 2:05 200 at 15% year round 41 years old. I'm happy LOL. The work you put in the dedication the uncomfortableness of it all. Like I said most people don't or can't do it. Like myself. I don't know if I can get all the way down to 6%. Mentally. And I've been through Ranger school and ranger battalion for 12 years and wrestled and did you jitsu tournaments. Until I hit 225 then it was just too much
Since you're a coach yourself, and may I add a good coach from what I gather. do you like most guys get a coach for the contest prep just so you have one less thing to worry about? Or is there other factors. Cuz I understand that we are our own worst enemy at the end. Well as I described in my previous comment. My end was 10% 9%.

I can't remember the name of your training partner in there. The one that you train off season. But Jesus Christ his delts! Always a genetic weakness of mine. I could get them big but I could not get them to pop. Such as life
Hey Barry try to lighten the weight and focus on isolating the muscle. Before you perform side laterals grab a light weight 10lbs and hold them at the top isolating delts for 20 seconds, let’s see if this wakes ur nervous system up and helps you stimulate those muscle fibers!!!

I try to do anything now since I am starting to atrophy due to getting ejected out of a Humvee via roadside bomb. plus like I said with my age 41 I'm not trying to be a mass monster but anything to give the illusion of a v taper at this point you know what I mean.
