This is literally the BEST GYM in NORTH AMERICA!!! I drive from Buffalo, NY at least once a month to train here...Dorian is terrific and can't say enough about his facility...It is truly incredible...Keep up the good work

Hey, I've seen you guys talk about equipment a lot and that's very helpful for all of us. Thank you so much. I'm thinking to start my own gym, not sure if it will be public or note. What I want to ask is what do you prefer more between Panatta, Atlantis, Arsenal and Prime? As overall equipment which one do you think is higher in quality

Hey, what are your favorite leg machines, because I have a pinched nerve and was wondering what machines are best to take the back completely out of the movement. I used to hate machines now I need them to work around my back injury.
atlantis pendulum and hack are good. Cybex squat press.

Should make you own energy drink or energy Seltzer drink.... Both loaded with HD MUSCLE nutrients or health products enhanced versions... Start selling to gas stations and more....

Man I live in this area, I'm gonna become at member at this gym soon enough. Only problem once I do, is leaving the facility. Really wanna try the alantis hack squat and some of the chest hammer strength equipment as well as the hammer high row hammer strength.
