great videos, I am missing Malaysia, i stayed for 1 year during covid, they let me stay there for 1 year without even having to visit immigration once...very grateful. You are a kind person bro.
How was your Ramadhan experience so far. You should try breaking fast at the mosque - try it at Kampung Baru Mosque. The food are not that great but the camaraderie is wonderful. The food is provided for free by the mosque. Stay for tarawih after Isyak too. Just enjoy it...
Bruce!!! Back at it again!!! 😃 Thanks for the support as always!!!👍 I love giving back when possible! Really once a day? Do you do intermediate fasting?
@@TravelingSoloLogs I fast daily, eat 1 meal a day/dinner. That's it Solomon. It's great for the body and I am on Keto with moderate veggies. I don't eat most of the foods you get to enjoy, so I have to live vicariously through you😁
@@brucewayne2773 Wow good for you Bruce, you have the discipline. I heard eating a big meal once a day is healthy. Haha I could never do that. I'm Glad you're enjoying the videos 😁
Happy Ramadhan. Beside kampong baru u can explore more bazaar ramadan at Taman Tun Dr Ismail and stadium shah alam too. Try for various malaysian food and happy eating.
My favorite Ramadan food are roti jala, wet popiah, tepung pelita, pulut panggang...just to name a few...try it out bro...and alhamdulillah for your food sadaqah or food sharing...may Allah grant you phosperous life bro...inshaAllah..😃
The bazaars are busy everyday through up Ramadhan right up to Eid. For healthier options, try those rice with the main dishes where you also can choose vegetables as your side dishes. Things to try are nasi kerabu with ayam percik, murtabak with picked onions, otak-otak, roti jala with curry, fresh popiah, the different kueh (traditional desserts) etc of you want to avoid the crowds, go at 3-ish.
If you had the chance, perform the Taraweeh prayer at etiher Masjid Negara or Masjid Shah Alam. The imam recitation is absolutely beautiful. Happy Ramadan Mubarak
Jalan raja alang kg baru is the famous bazaar ramadhan in kL.. One of the most happening in klang valley ,besides putrajaya bazaar,sek13 shah alam and others.. I liked murtabak kambing and ayam percik of i go to bazaar ramadhan..
Kali terakhir pergi Bazar Ramadhan kat KL tahun 2012.. Macam² bazar pergi.. Kampung Baru, Setapak, Wangsa Maju, Setiawangsa, Jalan TAR, Sentul, Gombak.. Paling best Kampung Baru lah.. Ke2 Wangsa Maju sebab ada awek cun niaga Nasi Ambeng kat situ 😆😆..
My favorite menu during Ramadan is nasi ulam and asam pedas sayur keladi. Traditional rice menu from Northern area of Peninsular Malaysia. You should go to Kampung Baru mosque and get a pack of bubur lambuk.
Ramadan Mubarak to you. Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia got tremendous lot of varieties of food choices for iftar. I have experienced in all these places during Ramadan. I can understand that you love food in Malaysia. Thank you for sharing your experience bro.
Happy Ramadan Sulaiman. Since you have gone to the Kpg Baru bazaar, you should visit other ramadan bazaars. I think there are at Bukit Jalil stadium area, Putrajaya and others. Maybe you can ask the locals for suggestions as to where to go.

Wehhh kakak kedai sempoi @5:30 No wonder the guy trying to explain to you what exactly 'roti boom' seems familiar. I miss them so much. They used to have a stall near Taman Shamelin, Pandan Jaya near a local uni there before Covid hit them and somewhat were forced to close the stall. Very friendly, kind and generous too. Their roti canai biasa the best, I swear. Also, as a side note roti boom is the same as roti bom, just spelling difference. Glad you enjoy your stay here in this country. Have a good one. Well done Sir for the Thanksgiving. Towards from Kg Baru, the Jalan raja alang, jalan raja laut, chow kit...this area has many foreigners such as Bangladesh, rohinya, vietnamese who work or even make FNB business here at the streets. Many of them can speak Malay, you might be confused about where the locals are. And most of them are PATI (no permits -do find out what this is). I'm not disrespecting the beloved kg baru people...next you should go out of KL town such shah alam baazars. Can ask the tourism agencies for safe guidelines, usually.
I am going to say it again, your knowledge about Malaysia, our culture, our food and even how to carry yourself here is examplary. There are a lot of UA-camrs who come here with zero homework done, no idea what our landmarks are and expect local to treat them like they’re better than us. Keep your amazing videos comin, solo!
I totally agree with you, especially a few Indonesian UA-camrs (not all) who are not so famous in Malaysia but giving reviews, thoughts and opinions like they know everything, with synical remark Dan insulting
That mosque 🕌 also cooks & gives 'bubur lambuk' daily during the month. Some parts of the bazaar looks dangerously over crowded 😮 Putrajaya is far from downtown but near their bazaar is an open area where family & friends can break fast together picnic style.
You'll get more surprise if you come to Shah Alam Section 13 Ramadhan Bazaar. It is outside the soccer stadium. The largest Ramadhan Bazaar in Selangor/KL.
Awesome!.. I really luv your vids about the Bazaar and street foods, I wish you made a video about the zoo and animal parks .... I would luv to visit Malaysia sometime soon.. Thanks from Toronto, Canada
when the eid ul fitr you should book a homestay at the rural village to feel the eid. KL will be a ghost city when eid for 2-3 days when everybody go home to their hometown. its better if you have a friends in KL and follow them to their village and feel the eid ul fitr. i am not sure if the Prime Minister will make a open house this year. If he did.. then you will have a chance to meet Mr. Prime Minister of Malaysia in person to shake hand and a quick chat with him.
You should go to ramadhan bazaar before 5pm. Right after asar prayer is the best time. So you have some free not so crowded space to ask 'apa ini?'. You should also ask your malay frens on what foods that we usually find and eat, like difft types of kuih, difft types of sweet/ savory poridge, difft types of nasi n noodles, difft types of drinks, dfft types of finger foods and so on. Everyday you should try different menu. I noticed that you like samosa.
i always go to bazaar ramadhan during almost end of ramadhan because the vendor more organized and the people are gonna be lesser than the early ramadhan. i advise you to get this food i always buy and excited during ramadhan, -tepung pelita -ayam percik -taufufa -bubur lambuk (beef porridge) the mosque in kg baru, give out this porridge for free if you come early, or you can buy in bazaar ramadhan. lots more tbh but this is what i can remember, i havent been to bazaar ramadhan for 3years, forgot what else i used to buy. hahaha but yes some people like my mom always loves that samosa for iftar hahaha
For better filming food sell there.... during weekday 3-4 pm nice time to go... still not many people.... But during weekends may be it's will get pack of people once it's open... Enjoy your Ramadhan in malaysia...
Not only muslim, non muslim like Chinese & Indian also excited to go Ramadan Bazaar every year 😁
So many different foods 😁🤤🤤🤤

The most difficult thing when you go to the Ramadan Bazaar is not navigating through the crowds, but to decide which food to buy,.
