Born and raised in Malaysia for 29 years before moving to Sydney. Only been to NY celebration once and it was in Pavilion as well. But I got lucky to know a friend owning an apartment above the mall where I can spend the NYE comfortably form living room 😂. Happy New Year, Jack!!!
I celebrated new year eve 2024 (2 weekend ago) in menara kL tower restaurant. VIP table with a friend and my mom. It was astonishing! All the fireworks we’ve been able to see from this high seem so small. One of the best experience in my liftime. happy new year. Y’all 🎉🎉🎉

Jack, fella M'sian here but traveling & working abroad right now, proud of each of your informational & entertaining clips that's easily worth 112k subs or more for sure!!! All the best eh!!!
Wonderful. It was your 1st time celebrating Christmas in KL, 1st time celebrating New Year in KL. Hope that you have had a great time. Happy New Year 2025.
I’ve got this amazing panoramic view of the city, and was able to enjoy the fireworks from the comfort of my own home-no crowds, just pure magic. It reminded me of the time I was at KLCC a few years back, right next to the towers in this office building. The fireworks were incredible, but getting home that night was a nightmare. Living in Mont Kiara, it took me nearly 3 hours to get back through the madness of the traffic. Sometimes, the best part of a celebration is skipping the chaos and just enjoying it in peace! 🥂 🎉
Thx as truly enjoyed viewing your footage recorded on new year's eve at Bukit Bintang area in KL. For those who had missed out the action and the vibes then, at least the video showcased the joyful happenings. Happy New Year 2025 to you and all viewers. 🎊🎉
Thank you, Jack, for reporting the new year madness! I love the vibes but its just too loud, too hot and too many people for me. So your video took me there without being there. 😂
we booked dinner and hotel two months in advance. We decided not to do it this year because KLCC didn't have fireworks again last year and it still got too claustrophobic and crowded in the city center. We stayed home this year. The kids enjoyed it more. :D The light show at KLCC is wonderful. Starhill has a beautiful bookstore and cool gifts inside. Happy New Year
Thank you Jack for sharing this..👍 Hopefully Malaysia will have more grand fireworks next year like previous years like at the PETRONAS KLCC Twin Towers, MERDEKA Square and KL Tower..next will be added the TRX Exchange and MERDEKA 118! Have fun! Happy New Year 2025 🇲🇾🎉
There are many paths at Bukit Bintang area. From back of Mcdonalds to the other end of Jalan Alor via multiple small lanes. Behind Fahrenheit to the back of Lot 10 also another path. Inbetween Sungei Wang Plaza (or inside Sungei Wang Plaza) and Imbi Plaza to Low Yat Plaza. Some are really dark though. I usually avoid walking at Jalan Bukit Bintang so that I don't get caught with the crowd on peak hours. But yeah, I stopped going to hot zones on New Year's eves since about 25 years ago.
Bro, Thanks for Showing this Eve Celebration at Kuala Lumpur... I Can assure Malaysia Is A Very Safe Country....We Can see Thousand of People from Various Races, Various Country... And No one Are Making Any Havoc.... All Are Well Behave ❤
Jack, I saw your other video where you interviewed people. I don’t think you should be handing out money to people randomly. Malaysians are happy to participate and don’t expect anything in return. Unlike Thais. Sorry I just found that a bit distasteful.
Yeah dont hand out the money but instead use the money to patronise hardvword shops. Dont give to Beggars as you invite more of them in KL ..Thise are lazy people finding easy money.
What is the problem with my country? Talking about making other countries look lower and making your own country look higher should change your attitude.
News a couple of days back says that the authorities are considering permanently closing off that road in front of Pavilion to traffic and make it pedestrian only. Thanks for the hectic vid.
Just dont litter rubbish everywhere..and i saw a video indian family spraying random person..dont do that in malaysia..we don't do that..do it with your friends only..
New Year are the time that you can shout and making noise up to midnight.. Chaos on it way 😅 i am that one guy join 2 type of new year.. Camping party, Home New Year party.. Cant stand the over crowded and the noise 😅
The best thing about KL, u can find many ppl live in there, from Indon, Bangladesh, Myammar, Vietnam, Arabic, As long this ppl came Malaysia n respect local we no problem with them 👍🏻 nice vlog Jack
The best fireworks for new year's eve is always at KLCC park, not Bukit Bintang. Should have gone to KLCC park, the ones in Bukit Bintang were quite sad.
25 years before when I’m young been to bukit bintang celebrate Christmas. That night Christmas Eve. The road is blocked with many people. I got push here and there without walk😂oh my…. What a mess …. After that I don’t wanna go there when new year or Cchritsmas eve,Better stay inside a restaurant to celebrate . Street left for youngster to create their being push memory😆
Be careful with pick pockets. There are foreigners pick pockets & snatch thieves prowling the area. Many Filipinos and a number of South Americans were arrested in the area..

They help build the houses that we live in, buildings and malls that we frequent almost every weekend. They do all the dirty 3Ds while our own people refuse to get dirty. Be thankful please.
KL is becoming more foreign than malaysian.....these views of New Year in KL is more filled with foreigners. Many malaysians dont bother to go into these party crowds.
