Bazaar Ramadan is the place where vendors are mostly Malaysians. They have to pass health screening to obtain business license so its generally safe to consume. These are all hardworking people trying to earn extra income during hard times. Looking at them smiling in the hot day market, even though they are fasting is something we should appreciate.
Absolutely! Much respect goes out to all the hard workers. Such lovely people. I will definitely be back again to get some more of their wonderful foods! ☺️👌🏻
If you talk about foods in Malaysia, I'd say it's insane... there are so many variety foods, since we are a multi racial country. On top of that, there are many foreign cuisine can easily found in the country... hope you have a great and memorable moment in 🇲🇾. Do come again bro.. ✌️

Daun pandan is a type of a screwpine leaf. Its green juice or essence is typically used in many types of Malay desserts, n a knot of pandan leaf is used in some rice dishes, like nasi lemak, nasi minyak etc.

you should checkout other Ramadan bazaar around KL.. the one you went to in Kampong Baru is the best in central KL but not the biggest or the cheapest.. Pandan is also known as screw pine 'Pandanus amaryllifolius''.. its an aromatic plant very important in south east asian cuisine..
Don't worry if you can't try all there are still few weeks more...its a while month affair. There are other ramadan bazzars throughout the city, districts basically throughout the country. Try going to the bazaar at putrajaya..i think its the biggest one. Next trip you must try Tepung Pelita, for real dinner order from people selling many types of food laid out in steel containers. Order rice with chicken or beef rendang and some veges. I think the last dessert were "popiah" which are actually the wet version of spring rolls..not fried. Ingredients are veges fried with a bit of dried shrimps. I suggest that you wat without the sauce first. Don't pour the sauce but dip a bit if you're not sure about the spiciness.
