About decluttering things you haven't worn one season, be careful. Life is long. I have things I haven't worn for 5 years, and suddenly they somehow fit the zeitgeist, my lifestyle and needs again and we're good for the next 3-4 years. If you have a good quality garment that you're not wearing right now, but which you love, store it for a while. It's such fun when everyone asks where you got that, and it's your own "vintage" 😜. (This one works if you don't horrifically overshop).
Me too! And boots, bags especially. I'm not into the fast fashion industry at all though get sucked into it as it's more affordable ... Love this though, when purchasing good quality clothing / shoes etc they do tend to last when cared for. I love wearing the same clothes over and over , especially if I like then
Completely agree. This is how I live except once! I passed on a selection of outfits I felt I no longer needed. Sadly all but a couple of those pieces I've really wanted again. Particularly right now. I try to feel good about the fact someone else is getting to use them. Hopefully.
Just before the pandemic I had my colors analyzed and ID'd my Kibbe body type. During the pandemic I worked on replacing a lot of items that didn't fit my new color palette, Kibbe type, or my 3 style words. I have been working hard this year on reducing and curating my closet, storing off-season clothes out of sight, and expressing gratitude for all I have. The last few months of 2023, I donated my clothing budget to a worthy cause. Next year I plan to continue to donate my unspent, budgeted clothing $$ (which is helping me to not buy, knowing if I buy something it will impact that cause) and will shop my closet to find new ways of combining the great clothes I have.
You have google, don’t ya? Where else do you do quizzes, like..seriously? 🙄 Just did mine, ended up with “soft dramatic”. I recommend it! It’s a very simple quizz of just 16 basic questions, takes 5 minutes at best. . @@jilliane1178
The snowball! Yes! I bought some high waisted wide-leg jeans (on sale, of course). But then, I “needed” some shorter tops to wear with them. And then I “needed” shoes because …wide-leg. Then I realized it was all ridiculous because I don’t even like the jeans on my short curvy bod. I returned it all.
As a semi-retired person working 2 days a week, I plan to get rid of several office outfits, but above all, stop buying new clothes (well, I will try very hard). Thank you Christina!
I’ve been retired for a year and a half now and let me tell you my clothing needs have changed drastically. I think I’ve purged 2/3rds of my wardrobe. I have added a few new pieces that are carefully curated. My clothes are very casual now. I do still have nice leaving the house things but just not as many. Stylish and comfortable are key.
My problem, too! I only go into the office or see clients a handful of times a month but I find office clothing is what I gravitate towards when shopping. If I need anything at all, it is casual clothing options.
I just bought a high quality item that has been on my wishlist for 7 months. I splurged a little although it was on 60%off sale. I am so happy with it. I kept dreaming about it. It is a belt, which is one of the main elements of my style uniform. I am so happy and proud
You're so right with new items creating gaps to fill. I impulsively bought a vintage YSL wool cape a few years ago, which led to me buying a black leather bag and a pricey paloma wool scarf to go with it.....and I've yet to wear this outfit I've created in my mind
Thank you for this video. I have been trying to limit the number of clothes I purchase by either setting a monthly budget or restricting the number of items allowed per month. However, I was only successful when I started to implement no-buy months and create wishlists. This year, I managed to have 5 no-buy months, and I'm sooo happy with the results. I'm satisfied with my purchases and haven't needed to declutter anything so far. I purchased 11 fewer items than the previous year and overall spent less on clothes. My goal for the next year is also 6 no-buy months. We got this 💗
Yes we do!! Me too on the no buy months! I may alternate or do like 2 on, 1 off for example. I’m gonna allow myself to be fluid and see how it feels. That’s how I cut out alcohol for example and it worked really well
I successfully finished my low buy January! I bought 3 items and 2 of them, I ordered Dec and just came. I only really bought 1 personalized 2024 calendar and I feel great. i only spent $13.62 for January. I'm a hardcore impulse buyer and it just feels so good to be in control for a change. thank you for the motivation!
I want to style over shop. I have started shopping my closet in last few months but was encouraged to hear it was a muscle and that I can get better at being creative with it. I still have pieces that I haven’t tried to style much. Just once or twice then I let them sit. I will try again!!!
I'm adding a "Pause & Applause" tab to my wardrobe tracker. I plan track items I've paused on buying, noting the price and my feelings about the pause. Goal to see how quickly it adds up $ and identify trends in my reflections. Also aim to note what I have already in my closet as a gentle reminder to use what I have more. Creating more mindfulness and in turn low buying for 2024.
This content is exactly what I needed right now. You are such an inspiration. This video is jam-packef with practical and priceless guidance! I am recently retired and, honestly, struggling with the differences between my current lifestyle and my fantasy self. It all feeds the conflict and imbalance around what I need, actually use/wear and the scope of wardrobe I imagine I "must have." It's time I follow your lead and begin the work to define, develop and (the hard part) manage a workable plan for the coming year. Thank you, Christina for opening the door!!!!
I like your practical advice. I shamed myself with buying a very expensive makeup brush set and eye palette in December that has turned me off from buying anything else for a little bit. I really have a casual lifestyle and my needs are low, but my desire is high! I wear makeup everyday and try to do my hair, even when I really just walk the dog and cook and clean. Hard to be inspired when my life is so simple. Perhaps I need to build some fancier activities to match my fantasy self So I can wear my more stylish clothes more often. I intend to recognize my true lifestyle better in my purchases this year, reduce the amount of clothing items, eliminate damaged and worn out items and to style my outerwear with more intention as that is what people see. Cleaning off those muddy boots, wearing an accent scarf and hat and lipstick, just to walk the dog, to make me feel good about myself regardless of my super casual lifestyle.
Hey Christina, Your dedication to promoting mindful choices has inspired me to embark on a personal challenge. I've decided to join you in a "no buy January," and I'm eager to embrace a more intentional approach to my spending habits. Thank you for being a motivating force each month and encouraging us to align our actions with our values. I look forward to the journey ahead and appreciate the positive influence you bring to our community.
I bought a few high quality pieces from a high end consignment store in my neighborhood in 2023. The styles are classic and made of 100% linen, 100% silk, 100% merino wool, etc. I mix and match them with less expensive contemporary items in my wardrobe like a well loved pair of jeans and tennis shoes. My goal in 2024 is to learn how to do basic sewing.
My style intentions for 2024 are to relax a little about my rules while still keeping my intentions and priorities! For the last 3 or 4 years, I have been working toward the goal of having a well-rounded, quality, functioning for me wardrobe, so that when it was time for the major life transition I was anticipating (and just took the leap on this summer), I wouldn't need to put funds to my wardrobe unless my size or needs changed. This goal, while being hugely effective thus far, has definitely meant I have mostly basics, and very little fun stuff to style. So I'm deciding to relax my intense budgeting and "do I really neeeeeeeeed it" mindset a little, and if it's a fun item I know I'll wear and is affordable to me, I'll let myself buy it! (This is also just a life mindset I'm trying to change -- I have a really hard time spending money on myself, and it's starting to be an issue in my life.) Most of what has come from this so far is silly earrings and hats, and I've been embracing it. My other goal is to replace my dying items with new, quality equivalents. My daily boots have finally given out, and it's time to spend the money to replace them well.
Speaking to point #8: I’ve found that I sometimes get anxious about “losing” wears across my wardrobe when I do capsules, so I started taking a different approach. At the end of every month, I look and see if there are any pieces in my wardrobe (usually newer ones, mathematically) that have a high CPW that I’d like to bring down. I make a little list of them close to where I log my daily outfits, and throughout the month it gently reminds me to give those pieces extra consideration. So I’m still focusing on certain pieces but in a way that’s lower stakes and allows me to feel free to use all the things in my wardrobe.
I have been buying exclusively second hand clothing since 2018 and I bought a sewing machine and learned some basic sewing skills to adjust the clothes to my liking. It's so great and empowering.
I love your videos and there's so many things I can take away from them. Thanks for the inspiration! I actually find myself 1. not impulse buying and 2. waiting with a purchase and thinking about items for 2-4 weeks before buying them. It is not clothes for me, more like lifestyle and home items (wool to knit with, a beautiful tea cup, a butter dish I was looking for for ages). I make sure not to buy bad quality, and what I buy is fair-trade or locally crafted etc. and I really appreciate and like the items (they fit my life, my style, they are useful etc.). However, after some time - be it a month or a year - I realise that I actually didn't need whatever it was that I bought. And even after having been considerate about the purchase, being mindful, patient etc, I find myself noticing that everything is just more _stuff_. I'll try a no spend Jan-Feb-March (and (probs) a low-spend April-May-June) for the first time and already have high hopes for it. Because after all I feel like I am being enticed to purchase by social media and advertisement and beautiful displays, and it doesn't really matter how mindful I am DURING the purchase, in the end it is just another thing - albeit pretty, useful, appreciated.
Very true! The cycle of novelty seeking and then it wears off. But I think you said the key that the items are still appreciated! If they’re not, we can consider decluttering. Things def take up energy before, during, and after
My take-away...I need to shop in person. My no buy months are March and April. I look for good after Christmas sales on cashmere and items to fill in my gaps. Great video!
I like including my replacements in my intentional no buys. So if something truly wears out I can replace it without worrying about breaking my no buy.
Curious to hear about the book. I find myself overbuying after a no buy month. My intention now is to buy only 1 item each month (excluding underwear and socks), and buy sustainable and high quality instead. Also budgeting works for me.
I'm very grateful for this video! I suspect I need to go cold turkey once and for all. I'm joining your no-buy January and evaluate the results. I really want to detox and change my buying habits back to what they used to be, purposeful and sporadic.
Same…I am doing a two month no-buy at the start of the year, so January and February. I’m actually excited to do this. I did a no-buy for six weeks this year and it was amazing. I hit the skids when Black Friday shopping started, so I’m committed to going longer next year!
One of my intentions is to be more mindful in the style content that I’m consuming. I often will tell myself it’s for “style inspiration”, and then end up with 3 more items on my wishlist. It’s like you said, I’m going to focus more on creators who talk about styling rather than shopping, and see if that helps inspire me to shop my closet more.
For me personally, I find it easier to not purchase an item online. When I’m in person, my brain doesn’t know if I’ll be able to find it again if I’m unsure if I want it. With online shopping, I usually make myself wait a few months before buying something that isn’t a necessity, because it is usually still going to be available. Then when I check my budget sheet and see I have some extra spending money, I go back to my list of “wants” and see if the things on the list are still something I’m interested in.
Thanks for this insightful video. I am going straight for the "Dopamine Detox." The last few years have been a whirlwind of making new purchases to recreate my wardrobe. I have the means to make these purchases, (I am retired) but I know I need to stop the impulse on-line buying. I have been making purchases for my fantasy self but at the same time trying to purchase clothing items to suit my new lifestyle. My incentive is to save up enough cash to purchase a new or slightly new car. Your ideas are so helpful. Thanks.
I discovered your channel a couple of months ago, and you have made a tremendous impact on my life in a short period of time. I am looking forward to intentionally curating my wardrobe in 2024. Thank you, Christina!
I tried to do a no buy year this year and failed. I work in a shoe store so by March I ended up buying shoes. Then I "needed" new underwear and bras and it just went from there. I am going to hit the reset button and try again. I volunteer on my days off at a thrift shop and I will fill the gaps in my closet from there, but I really have no gaps. I wear black to work so when my work clothes look shabby I can dye them black again to freshen them up. I do this already and my pants are in their 3rd year of service. My only purchases will be to replace used cosmetics but I will not allow myself to purchase "new" items to add to my collection. I have been culling my makeup to remove unnecessary items like primers, serums and eyeshadow pallets. I buy individual eyeshadow sticks now. My splurges will be services like a massage or pedicure where I take my own nail polish to use
For the no buy month. You could do 3 weeks of no buy and then a low buy week with a set budget to ease into the normal again but be more intentional. Or a no buy month followed by a low buy month for a stronger effect
In 2020 my new years resolution was to never buy new when it came to clothes (besides underwear) and I haven't stopped. And my wardrobe has leveled up tremendously just via thrifted items
Thank you - I really needed to hear this. I actually kept avoiding this video every time it popped up, but I knew it contained information I needed to hear. I look forward to your 2024 videos
I’ve found Donna Karan and Zac Posen jackets at value village - it’s fun to find stuff and also to pay the true value of the garment - I got a fall Zara sweater for 9$ - that’s what I believe it is truly worth and it’s lightly used is all (like getting from a friend)
My rule is only one package in the mail at a time. Basically if I have an order pending or shipped I can't buy a new thing. I also have three kids to shop for so this rule really slows down online shopping. Especially when I'm shopping handmade items on ETSY lol. This also encourages me to have to shop in person and thrift where I can. The only exception to this rule is holiday shopping or school clothes shopping for my kids because of tax free times.
I am joining you for no buy months. I already know that January and February are going to be my no buy months. I love the idea of shopping in person, re-evaluate every time I think of buying something…..is this item for currant lifestyle or my fantasy self. I donated a lot of clothes that is not practical for my lifestyle anymore. My goal is to donate more in 2024 to curate my closet using your strategies. Thank you so much for this video.
All in for no buy months, but if you have a wishlist, shopping only during the sales-months are a great way to save money on quality items. So will do no buy months, but will shop on sale for new items since I then get better quality for my budget.
The big thing for me is finding an organization method that can help me keep track of my inspiration. My stuff is a bit all over, but I do have a fairly good set up started on Pinterest. I just need to get my screen shots integrated there instead of in my photos. Thanks for your description of this… maybe I can finally get it together. I’m very visual too… and I love the inspiration on Pinterest. I have no problem translating these ideas using the stuff I have. It’s a nice little moment of creativity. And I have no 💰 for anything new lol
All in for no-buy January, and likely a low-buy 2024. Completely unhinged in 2023. Also, shopping in person is important for me, too. I love secondhand/deals on Poshmark, but it's so disappointing when a Poshmark purchase doesn't work out. Can't return it, it goes in a pile because a future version of you is going to somehow make it work. So many of my clothes are Poshmark near-misses!
Thanks for the commonsense use of our own wardrobes We are often in a hurry not to miss out on a bargain, only to find something we like a lot better down the track! New ideas on styling our things and just sticking to things we like - repeat wearing is great
I just started to watch the video and before I go on I needed to ask (in case you didn’t mention) where is your leather blazer from?? You look stunning in it!
Incredible content as always! Thank you Christina, my intention is also styling over shopping, spend time creating new outfits. As you have mentioned in your podcast, it takes time to put an outfit together and I want to focus on what I already have
In 2024 Im gonna try having a shopping budget. I tend to don't shop for months, feel bad about my appearance and then shop a little bit too much. With a montly budget I can buy things that I need, and wait if the item is less important or more expensive.
I wanted to thank you for your advice. Espaccily the Detox Month. I became very ill this year and i realised only a month a go that this was the reason why i was shopping so mutch. it was a way to deal with the stress and the pain. I am better now, and i am ready for a new year and i look forward for your next video.
Thank you for this video. I've been trying to cut down on clothes as well. I noticed a spending habit creeping in, especially with the need to return to the office after three years of remote work. I'm kicking off the new year with a No Buy January to reset my spending habits, appreciate what I have, and work towards my financial goals.
Great content. This is not on my wardrobe but I thin you can see the connection. I quit going to restaurants. I discovered I can make some of those dishes better than they can. Instead I go out to eat only if it is a special occasion. I saw a video on minimalist living and she has quite going to fabric stores as she kept having to sell her unused fabrics. She also said she quite doing DYIs as she kept having to get rid of half cans of paint. Thanks for the video!
@@Christinamychas yes! Last year I always read when I feel the urge to shop online 🙈 Now I read every morning when I drink my coffee and every evening to help me sleep better. I usually use Scribd. I only buy books when I don't find it there. When I have little time (usually in the morning) I use Blinkist. I dream of a no buy year but I didn't made it. It was only a buy less year. I will start with one month again and see after that what happens. I started exercising again last month. When I'm not in the mood I always have you in my mind with "The hardest thing to do is to lift your but from the couch" 😃 You inspire me so much and I am really grateful for your content! Thanks a lot!
@@AndreeaDimaFotograf I think it's great progress to have a low buy year, congrats! is Scribd a place to buy ebooks? I started to read again in the spring and haven't really read too much since summer time..need to get back into it! I've done a low buy the last 2 years and may need to try to a no buy month (or two!) as well.
I love this new, modern style of yours. You also seem to be getting more confident in your videos. I'm embarking upon an 11-month No Buy, ending at Cyberweek 2024. 1-month has been my longest so we'll see how it goes.
This video is SO highly appreciated for me as I'm in a similar stage as you when it comes to my goals and intentions for my style going forward. I tend to get bored easily sometimes, but I usually gain the most inspiration by either scrolling through Instagram or UA-cam. I've done a lot more purging within this month than shopping as I'm trying to save up enough money for my first apartment, but even when I do shop, I've been finding it pretty easy to stick to what's on my list. Thank you for making this video, Christina!
I only shop in person and always try to thrift first. Honestly, I can count the number of items purchased new vs thrifted on one hand over the last 5 years (other than undergarments). I did a no-buy 2020 & 2021 and a low-buy 2022 & 2023. I am considering making 2024 a no-buy years (except necessities). It is really easy for things to creep into our lives that I find strict adherence to a set of rules helps me stay true to my values best....
I enjoyed your video in 24. I’m planning on making my wardrobe, more easy or simple, knowing my lifestyle dressing according to my lifestyle when the things that already in my closet, installing them up in that following the trend really enjoyed the clothes that I purchased for 23 and 22 when I purchased them really enjoyed those styling them upchanging my hairstyle make up and saving my money for other things like vacation or getting out of debt, so I really enjoyed your video. Keep on coming.
Yes! I have been thrifting in person this year more. Because I have been disappointed one too many times when ordering online. Also sticking to my wish list, helps so much with buying less.
Absolutely love this video. I think you make a lot of great suggestions and I think the 10x10 is a really cool idea. It isn't something I thought about prior. I do like to go through my closet in January and re-examine what items I have worn and have not. I do primarily second hand shopping and unfortunately sometimes items don't fit me as I would like. I find this to be hard with secondhand shopping even if you do end up getting it tailored there is such an extra cost to that. One of the things I like to do the most is get all of my items I'm going to donate and share them with my nieces. I've always wanted to participate in a clothing swap, which I think would be a really fun idea to see done on social media with channels like yours and other influencers.
I like your idea of waiting a month to reflect on a major purchase. There are some purchases I'd like to make now, but if I first make January and February no spend months, I'll be in a better position... Of course, it may mean waiting for some things to go on sale again, but I'll just have to be ok with that too...
All great tips! Except that in the middle of the video, after the second hand tip, I thought, "right! I'll head over to thred-up to look for a used but quality version of the thing I'm thinking of buying." And I ended up I buying like 11 things. Then I watched the rest of this video, including the tip on the potential landslide that can happen when you fill a gap. 😆. Ok, it's a process!!!! And that haircut really suits you!!
Interesting video. I look forward to more of your great ideas. I would like to add one idea to your list. It is very empowering to shop at a locally owned small boutique especially one owned by a woman! If you can find one with a woman you trust to honestly help you with styling with responsibly sourced quality clothes, your styling over just shopping can be the routine. I may spend a little more but have rarely gotten home with a piece that I don’t wear or that doesn’t work with my other clothes. My closet may look leaner but I have way more outfits to choose from!
I can't say enough how WONDERFUL and INSIGHTFUL this video is! I think a big big big one for me is CURATION. You posted on your IG stories the other day that you want to have a closest akin to the "Inside the Wardrobe" series by Vogue. I always go back to those videos too!! The truth is, if we don't slow down... we can't truly hone and curate what we own, what we like, and ultimately who we reveal we are through our wardrobe choices.
yeah we probably have about enough clothes, too n' we hoarded clothes. not wearing them and buying these fancy clothes where we had nowhere to wear them. but we are gonna try to wear our clothes coz that's what we like whenever we do have anywhere to go there' sno sense in hoarding cltohes coz you can always buy new ones. some items like our silk top might be harder to replace but if it matches or dresses up jeans then maybe wear it sheez you can save the buttons if it wears out.
Your timing is perfection! Thank you very much. I need to implement all of these, and I will be following along with your “no buy” months! I definitely plan to be more accountable with all of my shopping addictions. Thank you so much!
Love Laura Dern (sp)? I have learned to try things on more. One is more particular about what one purchases also will now return items more reliably when I truly cant say a hell yeah to my purchase. I am visiting Toronto today from Australia and staying at the Fairmont opposite the train station. Very posh and very over rated for anyone who is wondering. So busy it is stressful. Rooms are nice showers are odd. I have bought a coat in Canada it is so beautiful I so love it it will talent a long time for me. I have been planning to buy one since planning this trip to North America months ago. Such a satisfying purchase and I wore it straight away- good sign I think. Am also more aware of fantasy self dressing and can window shop more freely without crossing the Rubicon and buying something I wont wear.
Such a great video! I am planning on doing monthly mini capsule wardrobes this year so your 10 x 10 challenge sounds like a perfect way to get me started.
Great information! Thoughtfully communicated. The videos where you shared your own journey on discovering the reasons behind the over buying helped me! I viewed them all. I appreciate your honesty. It is refreshing. :)

Love that!!! So catchy
It takes time.
Hey Christina,
Your dedication to promoting mindful choices has inspired me to embark on a personal challenge.
Looking forward to your 10X10 wardrobe videos.
I feel this! Love that approach!
This video came at a perfect time for my cluttered thoughts about intentions and habits!!! 🙌
I’m relatively conscious about how I spend my money, however I plan to try a no spend month to test out that theory😊
I love Pinterest mood boards! Also creating a wishlist. That has helped me curate my wardrobe so much over the last couple years! 🙌
That's where I keep my "fantasy self" pins on there without buying stuff 😊
Great idea there too! 😁
Me too! I'm in for January!
The only exception to this rule is holiday shopping or school clothes shopping for my kids because of tax free times.
it's the Truman show reel for me✨ I'm on my first no-buy month and you've been a huge inspo!
Thank you Christina. I am a new subscriber here and this was just what I needed to hear ( my goal for 2024 is less ONLINE shopping) ❤Elle
Great video Christina!
styling over shopping 2024
I love the hanger trick !
It's nice to see how a video about someone thrifting
I plan on not shop for clothing for myself but to gift my husband something on his wishlist and also focus on furnishing my apartment.
Perfect timing for this topic! Love your tips. Thank you!
Yes! Thank you for uploading this today, it's exactly what I needed!
Thanks for the commonsense use of our own wardrobes
We are often in a hurry not to miss out on a bargain, only to find something we like a lot better down the track!
As you have mentioned in your podcast, it takes time to put an outfit together and I want to focus on what I already have
Christina you never fails to bring a smile on my face with your vlogs you are my inspiration and I wish you have a adorable weekend🥺💗💫
HEELLOOO,
i am a young (24yo) Canadien!! Im in Ontario as well!!!!!!
You look stunning here Christina ❤❤❤
Merry Christmas sweetheart!
I’ll do a no buy January with you!
I started thrifting more the last 2 years and now prefer it. Higher quality, less money. I often find brand new with tags.
Great book! I read it when you first recommend it. I'm with you on no buy january! ❤
It’s SO good! Omg do we do a Dopamine Nation No Buy Jan book club?!
When I'm not in the mood I always have you in my mind with "The hardest thing to do is to lift your but from the couch" 😃
You inspire me so much and I am really grateful for your content! Thanks a lot!
I also love Atomic Habits and Eat that frog ❤ We can make a book club for those too!😅
@@AndreeaDimaFotograf I think it's great progress to have a low buy year, congrats! is Scribd a place to buy ebooks? I started to read again in the spring and haven't really read too much since summer time..need to get back into it! I've done a low buy the last 2 years and may need to try to a no buy month (or two!) as well.
Dopamine Nation was an excellent book. As an avid reader I love the idea of a book club. 😊
thanks Christina, it helps me to declutter. as giving items reminds me what I don't wear and will not buy again:)
I love this new, modern style of yours. You also seem to be getting more confident in your videos. I'm embarking upon an 11-month No Buy, ending at Cyberweek 2024. 1-month has been my longest so we'll see how it goes.
I will join you! Starting no buy on Jan 1st 2024🎉
I need to declutter seriously!!
Excellent video. I'm definitely going to s"tyle before I shop" and "shop in person first." Thank you for a well thought out presentation.
Thank you for your sincerity about your debilities.
I really enjoy your channel. The content is curated and meaningful. You have improved your story telling very much. Well done!
Yes, I make a list on my phone and then I don’t rush out to get it. If I still want it later I buy it.
Going to try dry January. And no shop January And hopefully loose 10 pounds. It’s a lot but I am up for the challenge.
Excellence video. I have learned so much from you that I wish I’d known at your age and put into practice. However it’s never too late to start!
Totally! I find they do esp if it’s a regularly stocked item
this leather jacket is just amazing on you
Great list, looking forward to your 10x10 AND to hear your thoughts about Dopamine Nation (it's on my TBR list). 😊
Christina, you are so wonderful!!
It has been a while since I watched your video and I have to say... I missed you Christina!
Thanks, Christina, for this helpful content. 😊❤
I always enjoy your content…I loved hearing about Aura too.
Yes!!! ❤️❤️ I’m going to make a whole video on this - so glad you enjoyed it!
yeah we probably have about enough clothes, too n' we hoarded clothes. not wearing them and buying these fancy clothes where we had nowhere to wear them. but we are gonna try to wear our clothes coz that's what we like whenever we do have anywhere to go there' sno sense in hoarding cltohes coz you can always buy new ones. some items like our silk top might be harder to replace but if it matches or dresses up jeans then maybe wear it sheez you can save the buttons if it wears out.
Your wishlist idea has helped me so much, way less impulse buying, thank you!
Enjoy Toronto!!
BTW great video I like where your mind is headed.
I love your short hair, not sure when you cut it! Great video!!
Love the book Dopamine Nation! Looking forward to your experience in the “detox”. I’ll be joining.
This was perfect, great advice.
Super great to have intentional goals for style I. The new year. I’m with you - more vintage !!
Such a great video! I am planning on doing monthly mini capsule wardrobes this year so your 10 x 10 challenge sounds like a perfect way to get me started.
Loved your rationale and thinking - I need to develop these too! Thanks
Great information! Thoughtfully communicated. The videos where you shared your own journey on discovering the reasons behind the over buying helped me! I viewed them all.
I appreciate your honesty. It is refreshing. :)
