You can't convert measurements by weight directly to measurements by volume. As a side note, you should generally be baking by weight as it is more consistent than doing it by volume.
Then you didn’t do the recipe right 🤦♂️I did the recipe 4 months ago and on top of that I had to convert everything to cups because I didn’t have a scale and the bread came out perfectly.

This is Not Brioche. Brioche is buttery....
This recipe was a total desaster😂😂😂 the dough was very cumbly and sticky had to add more flour…. The dough didnt rise either…. 🤦🏼♀️
