I have a real issue with the Chakra, it's nothing like anything else in Human history and although it would have been useful for unarmored foes, I doubt very much that the weapon was of any real use in combat. it was likely more of a weapon of intimidation for the locals of the Maharaja who used the Sikhs for not only personal bodyguards but likely police force as well. and the Chakras were sharp enough to go through some payers of clothing and open someone up but in combat, they would have been turned into pin cushions with arrows while they tried to get close enough to throw their frisbee rings. Which is why we don't see other nations creating something similar to it. So, of the three weapons in this episode, I think the Pattah was the real winner. Even though the weapon had a restricted movement it gave the user a great deal of rigidity and because of the wrist bracing nature of it, it would be nigh impossible to disarm a user of it. we even see European versions of it as well but because of the wrist limiting nature of it, it would put a user at a significant disadvantage against a traditional sword user. and it wouldn't be long before the sword user would be able to put the Pattah user in a position where they wouldn't be able to properly defend themselves, particularly from attacks from above, and from downward angles from the side opposite from the hand wielding the Pattah. Hence why it also went out of style really quickly. And this is the main reason why we see most of the weapons from India being left behind in History because they all seemed to have very limited use and leaves their users at a significant disadvantage. the traditional sword is one of the most useful designs because it can be used by nearly limitless styles of swordsmanship from the Samurai's Budo discipline to the hack and slash undisciplined ranks of the early medieval period, swords are still the most useful melee weapon for close quarters combat.
