The video I needed when I needed it I'm on 75 hard and as a result my shoulder injury has flared up. But today was gym day so 5:30 I left, walked there did a 3 sets on bench and realized I was doing more damage, no walking home listening to this instead of the audiobook blink. You are my forgiveable interruption Charles
Andrew Tate says that burn-out isn't real, so for the past week I've been super hard on myself because I genuinely thought I was a lazy mf who didn't deserve anything in life. Thank you so much for this video because I've realized that I've been overworking myself way too hard and I'm out of discipline-coin. I'm very impatient so if I find out something is good for me I'll incorporate it into my life immediately, for example: meditation, clean eating, cutting out music etc... but slowly incorporating these habits into my life will be better for the long term.
main thing is to remember it's just going to take a few years of consistency, and you can't be consistent if you're going as hard as possible constantly. p.s. - try to avoid listening to people's advice just because they're popular. burnout is real!
I struggle with discipline, the start of the vid really hit home. Great vid!
Glad you liked it!
