Charlie, could you make a video about positivity as well? You have very strong influence on other people, and as I've observed, all your videos has been all about hoorah, masculine, anx dark psychology work ethics. It may not sound as cool, but I truly believe having a positive outlook on life is really important as well, and applying your principles while having a positive/growth mindset is also very beneficial

there was a time when i kept wondering why some people seemed to naturally draw others in while i was just…there. no matter what i tried, i couldn’t figure out how they did it. then someone mentioned the book Magnetic Aura by Takeshi Mizuki, and i decided to check it out. the way it explains how your aura affects everything around you? it blew me away. it’s like having a secret code to unlock your magnetic energy. this book is a game-changer.

Great video, but EAT FOOD in that dopamine fasting day, because not eating at all can be harmful for some people. Just don't eat some junk food that day, eat meat, rice, veggies etc. Ideally yes, not eating at all would be better, as any food is kinda stimulating you a bit, but that wouldn't fit some people, so don't risk.

I managed to get rid of my gaming addiction like 3 4 weeks ago and focus on my path. Ty to u and other videos like u. That was my last one.
But first every changing starts in ur mind. Like i was hm i should get rid of alcohol like in my early 20s cause no benefit from it also i got a point when i was like really badly hangover. I was drinking once per week, but it was reall bad i just lost 2 3 days after that.
Second was get ready of junk foods i got to vegatarian cause i have stomahc problems for food so i just ive it try and worked.
Last summer i started thinking i should get rid of milk and milk products and took me 5 6 months to manifast and i could do it for 1 months after i relapse after that i could maintain my discipline for it.
Lastly my gaming addiction. I was thinking all of the time why i playing? And i got minor answer but the big deal was in last year december and i was shocked. I was meditating and got my answer caouse my subconscious gave it to me and after that i reliefed from it.
So basicly u can do the depamine detox, but truly u have to change ur beliefs, find ur answers and make good beliefs.
Now i do similiar like charlie, but i still do minor things checking phone 1 2 hours for 1 min if i got msg or something.

I think this is the solution for 99.9% of people.(me included)
I have a question just out of curiosity. How come some people, who engage in hyper stimulating behavior daily, still manage to be productive and successful? (Smoking weed, binging on social media, watching porn, eating junk food etc. )Is it just discipline? I’m really curious to know.
Thanks in advance for ur reply🙌

Another top - watch all videos (no matter how boring) at 1x speed.
If you're watching videos at 2x speed or 1.5x speed thinking its productive - you're coping.
The real reason why you watch it at such high speeds is to match the stimulation levels of shorts and other highly edited content.

An important point: the donkey should regularly receive carrots for his efforts. Otherwise, the amount of dopamine produced will decrease, and work will begin to lose its meaning for the donkey. When you receive a carrot (reward), dopamine D1 receptors are activated, and if there is no reward, D2 receptors are activated. In the future, a similar task will no longer cause a surge of dopamine in the blood, interest and motivation will be lost.

It means that old people are better at doing less stimulating tasks than younger people e.g reading, keeping the house tidy, being able to watch a film without checking their phone. Living a life with less constant dopamine doesn’t mean you’re going to be rich it just means you will find it easier to do hard things and you will be able to find them more pleasurable than if you’re just constantly stimulated.

Aging is a process that you cannot escape from. The brain, like other organs, is also getting old. According to recent data, the activity of dopaminergic neurons and their number change with age. The development of age-related pathologies such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinsonism, atherosclerosis, etc. depends to a large extent on dopamine and its receptors.

True. I can't listen to youtube unless it's sped up. My mother heard it one day and was so confused as to why I would speed it up. No matter how much I explained she understand but just seemed like a crazy concept.

Man, AI tools are incredible and can really help take your production quality to the next level. It might be worth analyzing your videos for aspects like first impressions and how well the visuals align with the lifestyle and expertise you’re presenting. With so many creators and tools out there to elevate the overall vibe, I’m surprised you’re not leveraging them yet. You’ve got great potential, and refining this could really help you connect even better with your audience and push beyond 200k subs. Just some food for thought-looking forward to seeing you keep growing!

Is watching anime something I should stop doing, besides school and work that’s the only thing I do as of now and watching videos that will help me mentally and physically in the future like this.
