In real life, gfs/wives are usually jealous of the ex gf, and will dress up to outshine the ex if they know they’ll be bumping into them. They don’t go and invite their bf/husband’s ex, and try to make her their sister in law and have a permanent reminder. Especially when the bf has a reaction like Robert.

The ONLY problem with Stephania is that her father is Richie Aprile.
I think she was on friends. She was joey’s sister that punched chandler. She looked all mean and tough, like a biker chick. Her acting and look was very different; didn’t recognize her at first. She can do different roles, and I really like her look as stephania, very pretty.

Why would Ray have put up with either Peter or Peggy...in his own house?!
IKR!!!!! It's his house, Debra got worse as the series went on. They made her like a ticking time bomb, I swear the one time Ray snapped on her and she was spooked it was awesome. I wish Ray had snapped and made EVERYONE LEAVE HIS HOUSE!!

Chris Elliott (Peter) in a commentary revealed that this episode was supposed to humanize his character a little bit and it sounded like he felt mixed overall on the final product. He also hates his acting at the moment when Peter leaves and says "Thanks a lot".
A humanized Chris Elliott really sounds weird... although I feel bad for The Guy Under the Seats, Letterman never understood him... he was always angry under the seats.

The character is written to be a schmuck. It's funny at times but annoying when it drifts in to the realm of the ridiculous. Though to be honest this show seemed to do it to most of the characters at one time or another, it wasn't just Raymond who they made a clown. Only Debra was rarely if ever be made to seem like an idiot.

What ever people’s analysis of the dynamics between these couples . And I do think the stereotypical man bashing is overdone . The interactions here in this sequence is dead on . Doesn’t seem like acting and actually is fast paced and witty from all the actors . I guess my favorite part was the girl beating up Ray part . Everyone’s reactions were hilarious
I once had someone fix up an ex girlfriend of mine with one my friends brother in-law. They clicked when they were talking about how I style women’s hair, own more than pair of leopard underwear, leopard blouses and multiple pairs of Versace speedo’s and leopard speedo’s, me styling my moms hair and doing her makeup. They were laughing about it

Robert is the one who I really relate but he was cringe as hell on this episode, especially the ''laughter'' toward Ray.
Peggy didn't really beat Ray up TBH. All she did was pin him to the ground with a table. That's more like she just restrained him from moving.

Honestly, I can’t rewatch this episode and also the ones with “Let’s Fix Robert”, “The Super Bowl” and the selling cookies one too because to start with, the let’s fix Robert one is offensive…Marie serves his ex girlfriends cocktails and delicious appetizers while badmouthing Robert in front of her? How’s that comedy?🤷♂️
The Super Bowl one is just as maddening because Ray allowed Debra’s selfish unreasonable pouty attitude win.
The selling cookies one, I couldn’t understand the comedy in that. What’s so funny about Peggy randomly selecting Ray to have a vendetta with? I really don’t understand what she was so triggered about.
But this episode here in trying to find Peter a girlfriend, how did Ray think this was funny to put in this show? Peggy beat him up, Debra rescued him and now all of a sudden, she and everyone else join along with Peggy making fun of him? How’s that supposed to be funny?🤷♂️
