Leeds Pubs Industry in 2024

Hello everybody welcome to my channel, on this video i visited Leeds City Centre to look at the plight of the Pubs. Hundreds of pubs closed down in 2023 due to a combination of factors including sky high costs to keep it going. Energy and electricity costs, staff wages and the high food and alcohol prices are making it incredibly hard to balance out a reasonable profit. Many pubs across Britain are facing the same struggles with keeping Pubs going.I also look at some of my favourite Nightclubs from Leeds back in the day around 20 years ago. I started reminiscing remembering nights out in Leeds pubs meeting friends and girlfriends over the years especially in jumping Jack's night club ! lol brilliant memories happy times never forgotten ❤️
