I went sorta crazy with lighting on my jeep i have a ton of lighting. I recently got some amber lights technically they are yellow they are vision x selective yellow. I never liked the look of the amber but after i realized how awesome yellow/amber lights are in dust/snow/rain i had to get some. I also did a Deutsch bulkhead plug on my roof but i used a 29 pin bulkhead auto sport connector because I have a lot of crap up there and i wanted extra pins its a bit over kill but i like it plus i have multifunction accessories that take multiple wires up there plus lots of lights. I hardly ever use wiring that comes with lighting or anything i get im super picky i use Deutsch plugs and milspec wire on everything then i have 2 spod's. I like the spod's they have a lot of functions more than just light wiring i have one in the rear and one under the hood and they are both controlled from the touch screen up front plus you can put another touch screen or hard buttons in the rear or elsewhere that controls everything and you can connect up to 4 spod's together for up to 32 circuits if i remember correctly. I was in an accident 12 years ago that left me disabled i have a service dog to help me and the works the dog makes my life sooo much easier. Anyways i say this because I hit my head super hard and got a traumatic brain injury and one of the symptoms from that is my vision at night is absolutely horrendous its so bad. Before the accident i loved driving at night but for whatever reason i cant see a damn thing at night so thats why i went nuts with lighting that way i can play in the snow and really any time at night. I also got some really cool headlights and lights for the road but honestly I dont drive at night hardly at all unless for fun but my on road lighting helps a ton i literally cant drive anything else at night.
Awesome video as always. I really haven’t cared for lights but I for sure have been in situations where it would be nice to have some more light output/ in different areas for stuff as well. I really like these lights I will have to look into them
@backcountrybeagles i replaced my rocker panels with 2x6 quarter wall tube with 4 supports back to the frame. Now i just need to figure out how to boatside it so i don't catch the supports on rocks. It hasn't been an issue yet, but it's bound to happen.
Not sure if you'll have a problem with overheating or not. Looks like 85% of your radiator is blocked by winch and lights. I did something like this here in Florida and the jeep wouldn't stay cool. Had to take it all back off. They look great though
I’m sure I will, this Jeep has always had problems not being able to stay cool. Could be the winch but funny thing is my other Jeep has an even bigger winch in front of the radiator and never had issues with that one…. Gonna sort out the cooling problems once the build is driving again…I can see a hidden winch bumper in my future.
Love this series!!!!!
Glad to hear!💪🏽👌🏽

Thank you man! I would foor sure recommend them.
I am interested in seeing what you do for the sliders and boatsides.
I really hate wiring, but it's always worth it to take the time to do it right.
Honestly, can’t wait to get to them. Hopefully in April we can get the taken care of!

if you are going to be selling that rear bumper lmk
I need your help on my jeep. It won’t put and won’t start , I replace the fuel pump and my jeep never started again,
Oh shoot, make sure you’re getting power down at that pump.
@@backcountrybeagles i have power but its the same.......
Get creative with your headliner, dont think you need to stick to the stock materials. A green plaid, or alcatera would be sweet.
That would be nice 🤔
