Having a Thermal camera has been really useful for finding heat loss. I bought a Seek reveal a few years ago and found a lot off drafts and thermal bridges.
The one thing you want is consistency a device might not be deadly accurate, but as long as it’s close and consistent then that will help finding changes.
A thermal camera’s been on my ‘it’d be nice to have’ list for ages, but the price has put me off. But I’ve succumbed and just ordered a KTI-W01. With paypal pay-in-3 it doesn’t seem as much money either. Thanks !
That device might be handy to test how hot under the collars when I ask or make comments to the installers of heat pumps , they tend to think I’m being critical or for some nefarious reasons, do you have any information in regards to the water tanks that have their own hear pumps on top ? It’s to replace my immersion tank for hot water .

Glad I could help.
