👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿Epic Ramen! Wow! Amazing bldg, but even bettee ramen! I was a bit envious at your opportunity, but I knew you would share your highlights! Deer kissed broth! Tomato ramen! I thought that was cheese on top of it... 😂 Another great job! Thank you for sharing this adventure and I cant wait for the next!😀
You know, I do think cheese is available as a topping there (for the tomato ramen). Might need to go back 😅. Epic day indeed and thanks for watching the adventure!
What A Spectacular Event....I Don't Know About Deer Bones For The Broth Though.....The Tomato Inspired Ramen On The Way Home Sounds Interesting, I Love Tomato Basil Soup So I Can Imagine It Would Be Really Good...
The deer bones were definitely a big surprise for everyone there. I need to eat more of it to get a better sense of what it's about. Might grow on you too 😊. You'd definitely love the tomato ramen.
I love the idea of collaborations with different chefs. Sounds like a fun experience. Deer bones is a pretty random ingredient for ramen, especially if you said it wasn’t very distinct.
Most definitely - great concept and a lot of fun. Never had seen deer bone ramen before. I suppose because it was an unfamiliar taste (not being in meat form / venison) it was hard to put our finger on it. Awesome bowl regardless!
What an amazing event and how exciting it must've been for you to be there! The ramen looked amazing! I'm intrigued that they used deer and that tomato-based ramen looked so amazing! Big Hugs Have a wonderful week Frank! 🤗💖
cool place, I love the innovation! is it a ramen food court with a bunch of places serving different bowls or is it a rotating cast serving a specialty ramen of the week kinda thing?
Cool video. Good to see you outside of Tokyo again. Unless you've eaten a lot of vension you may not detect the flavor of it in the ramen. Someone else I'm subscribed to did a video on the anime center. Haven't watch it yet, but that building is distinctive.
Yes, nice to get out from the city every so often (for ramen too 😃). Totally - I can't remember the last time I ate venison. This new complex is definitely creating some buzz - might have to check the out the anime center too!
Is it to the left of the bright red wagyu, hidden a bit by the lobster bisque? I believe that was pork chashu too, although hard to tell from the photo.
friends and family from India loves you and your videos but do not subscribe as you do not make videos other than Raman which is not common to us. I think if u make different videos your subscription will increase instantly especially from Indian viewers....
Thanks for watching! I'm happy to hear you find the content fun. There's definitely other wonderful Japanese food to showcase. I would recommend the channel "TabiEats", if you aren't already subscribing. They do a lot of different Japanese food. I'm all about ramen 😃
Thanks for joining me! It was really fun.
Thanks for the invite! Good fun on the day.

I would’ve liked to attend a ramen event like that. I think it’s wonderful how chefs put in a lot of effort with what they do.
Indeed! It really was quite magical to see all those ramen chefs / geniuses in the same space at the same time.
Thanks for including the bonus tomato ramen - looks really delicious!
Always have room for one more 😃. Was indeed a delicious ramen to end the day and thanks for watching!
what a freaking honor and invitation to be there at the opening....dang....
An honor indeed 😁
Wow, great building and ramen Gods!!
What more can you ask for - awesome ramen and architecture!

We LOVE media junkets !!! ❤️😃
Was awesome to be part of this particular one 😃
Very interesting concept. I love that building too ... it looks like it's from the movie "Inception"
Awesome concept and will be back! It does have an Inception vibe doesn't it...or even a James Bond lair feel.
Fantastic event and great talk with Brian.
Yes it was! Thanks for watching 👍
yes love Brian !
Hope to do some more collabs with him in the future 👍

All the above - great day overall, with some unique ramen to top off the day! Back at you - have a good one! 😃

More the latter, from my understanding (rotating cast serving a specialty ramen every few weeks or so. Cool place oozing with innovation for sure!

Take a guess guys! Deer bones! 😂
Haha, we're all like OH
Ramen Raider is a really cool name.
For sure, Ramen Rider has a nice ring to it 🛵
Can I get a grilled cheese sandwich with the tomato ramen? 😂 That would be pretty dope.
Haha, that sounds awesome. I can't remember the last time I had a grilled cheese sandwich 😍
Same architect as the Olympic stadium
Yes! I wasn't aware of that until you pointed it out.
Getting some MC Search vibes.
(google it)
Ahh - can see some of that. Brian is MC Ramen.
On the top right, next to what appears to be soy sauce, is something that looks like a clear globe. What is that? Another kind of soy sauce?
Is it to the left of the bright red wagyu, hidden a bit by the lobster bisque? I believe that was pork chashu too, although hard to tell from the photo.
@@5AMRamen Directly above that one that's next to the bright red wagyu. If you look at 4:55, I think my description makes better sense.
@@Kas-S it’s probably soy sauce (looks like it to me 😅)
Sorry, forgot to reply! That is indeed soy sauce - they were showcasing the tare (seasoning) they use.
