I think in this case, "tadaima" simply refers to「只今」which means "right now". The greeting "tadaima" is basically a shortened way to say 「ただいま帰りました」or "I came back home right now". So "tadaima hennshinnchuuu" would be "transforming right now".
I’ll stick with 500 yen ramen served by 80 yr old man. One I had hidden in small alleyway run by old married couple was the best I’ve had honestly. Nothing fancy just basic tonkotsu style.
level 1 spicy might have been better...that red mountain was to scary for me...way to spicy...i have feeling level will be a heeping pile of chili too....i don't even want to see level 3
that crouton is long. anyway 2 thumbs down. you complain about its spiciness like what, 3-6 times in 8 minutes? why don't you just order less togarashi instead of complaining about it the whole time? it's annoying.
Thanks again for having me - love visiting Nakano area ramen shops!
this man should get an award for describing the ramen.
He is really good, right :)
@@JapanbyFood he made me watch the entire Slurp's Up series.. :D

'Tadaima" can mean "right now" or " right at this moment", Yes, It's also commonly used phrase "I'm home" in Japan but that's not the case here.
