Since you're obviously a Joan Bennett fan like the rest of us then you might be interested in her 1930 short of "Alice in Wonderland" on the Beta Gems Lost Media channel. It was posted 5 years ago and runs 6:49.
Joan Bennett was one of the four finalists who auditioned for the role of Scarlett O'Hara in the 1939 film Gone with the Wind. The other three finalists were Paulette Goddard, Jean Arthur, and Vivien Leigh who was given the role.
Angelique/Cassandra never cared about anyone but herself. She was an uncaring jerk. Barnabas was right when he said she's too dangerous to pity. Poor Julia is drawn to Tom like a moth to a flame.
I disagree. Barnabas' coffin has the more stately and understated 18th century neoclassical style, whereas Tom's coffin has the more ornately carved, but gauche Victorian style. In addition, Tom's coffin looks like a very light colored wood, like poplar or pine which are traditional for inexpensive coffins. (Recall that an old expression for a coffin was "a pine box.") Barnabas' coffin looked to be made of a darker colored, heavier and more expensive hardwood like walnut or mahogany which are traditional for expensive coffins.
The suspense is building I just love when they pound the stakes in
It's nice that they did Liz's hair and makeup at Windcliff, lol
So sad to see Liz out of her mind when she can't even recognize Mrs. Johnson.
Im glad joan Bennett is back. She is so beautiful and a great actress ❤️ 🎉🎉❤🎉🎉❤🎉❤🎉🎉❤❤🎉
I think the same.
She ' s great.
@@sheilapalmer1138 She also wore such stylish clothes. Very good actress.
She will also take off for 3 months during the 1897 storyline.

"Everything is fine now Liz. Let me introduce you to the Spawn of Satan."
Joan Bennett reminded me of Scarlett O'Hara when she was talking about going home..

Angelique should be ashamed of what she is doing to Elizabeth.
Indeed but Angelique is vicious and shamless she is a demon
She did far worse than that to others.
@nassauguy48 I know.

Yeah. But she doesn't have any guilt, remorse, or shame about what she does to others. With her, it's do unto others before they do unto her.
Joan getting ready to have the coffin with the alarm button.
It'll be much louder and better than a car alarm.
Enjoy the show 🎉
Tom Jennings has a nicer coffin than Barnabas did 😮😅
The younger generation always has it better. It's like Tom drives a Corvette and Barnabas puttered in his 172 year old Edsel. 😆🤣
Maybe that's the box they buried Dan Curtis in.
I disagree.

That's a horrible curse to put on someone.
I have pretty bad claustrophobia so that thought of being buried alive is terrifying 😱
A few iPhones and some AirTags would solve most of the problems these characters face 😂
Angelique was never real started by Judah Zachary as a young girl he ruined her from the jump in St Martinique
