As a Lebanese that has had the honor to work alongside Bulgarians, I have nothing but admiration for Bulgarian People. I really admire how polite and well mannered they are. I visited Bulgaria twice I honestly felt like I was in Paradise especially in the spring. I love and admire the amazing beautiful people of Bulgaria, 🇱🇧❤️🇧🇬 Zdrasti from Lebanon! 🇱🇧
Bulgaria is amazing. I visited about 10 years ago and fell in love with the place. The food, the culture, the history, the people. What a special place.
Everytime I hear a Bulgarian flute or bagpipe I can barely hold my tears. I miss my land, and friend there, May god keep them safe, and all the balkan peoples.
Wish my parents didn’t take me out of my homeland. I feel like I missed out on so many traditions since we couldn’t celebrate most of them due to the fact you need that ‘community’ .. You know?
@@simeonsimeonov5205 For leaving this shit country and giving them the opportunity to live in normal country with quality health and education system and actual future. I know I'm grateful. She will be too in time.
Yup. I know of them all lol but only celebrated them during my childhood when I lived in the Motherland. I miss those days. All of our meals came from our gardens.
In ancient times our women were equal to the men in society, weve had women warriors, almost every bulgarian man had to take care of 2 military horses - for him and his wife and under a risk of death penalty not to use them for anything but war purpoce when its needed, not all women , but big number had a warrior status beside their man. We have a legend that one of those female warriors take the head of the roman emperor Nikiphorus, who insulted the bulgarian women in general with some statement, she cut his head and bring it to Khan Krum and he ordered a drinking cup to be made from the skull and silver ornaments then use it for years ahed, its just a legend, but knowing how good were our female warriors i can accept it as a truth :D

Mains régions ( Kazan, Chuvash, Samara, Crimea...) 3)And they left because khazars attack them, and come to create actual Bulgaria in 681 with Asparukh clan. The title should be "13 amazing Bulgarian traditions". Bulgaria is one of the most underrated countries in Europe.
Някой може ли да ми каже кое е клипчето прикачено към 3- ти март (с рецитацията на "Хаджи Димитър" и кадрите от "Дякон Левски")?
and why exactly it's written ''unusual''? Traditions are traditions.
Because these traditions are only in Bulgaria and not in other countries
Well that's what I think-
Agreed!

Why "UNUSUAL"???
Those are well established local traditions, nothing unusual here.
Now that I think about it, bulgarian sounds a bit like ukrainian. - Romania
Bulgarian is spoken in Ukraine and Moldova too, you are not wrong.
Nothing is unique in Balkans.Romanians have too most of those traditions.

Why do the older houses have no toilets?
they was build outside of the houses... well that is like 100-200 years ago
Bc older houses where in villages and in Bulgaria u couldn't makd money in the villages .
This is from centuries ago, they used to say , can’t go to toilet where you sleep and eat, this why toilets was out side the houses.
