- Young Thug and his YSL co-defendants return to court for the 49th day of hearings in Fulton County's racketeering trial.
The case has recently been delayed after one of the defendants became ill over the weekend. The hearing resumes with David Quinn, a retired Atlanta police detective and host of "ATL Homicide," on the stand testifying about interviewing Adrian Bean about a police shooting and car crash in 2013.

The judge is wrong to ask the defense attorneys if they’ve talked to her bc that has NOTHING TO DO WITH BRADY MATERIAL. Whether they’ve talked to her or not is irrelevant if the state has its own records containing potentially exculpatory evidence including records of prior conversations with her that MUST BE PROVIDED TO THE DEFENSE. Also - if they didn’t interview her, it’s not unreasonable given that the state whittled its 700+ witness list down to 400+ named witnesses making it virtually IMPOSSIBLE for every witness to be interviewed. Whether you think they’re guilty or not is irrelevant. There are rules and laws and constitutional rights that MUST be adhered to for a defendant to receive a fair trial. That has not happened at any point in this trial and the public can clearly see that. A miscarriage of justice to say the least. This trial is the most unbelievable affront to justice I’ve ever witnessed.

Everyone's fussing about Ms. Love and the Judge, but what about Thug's situation? That girl is straight-up lying. If Thug and his crew had robbed someone in their family, they'd be singing a different tune. Or maybe just because he's rich, his past is coming back to bite him like P. Diddy. It's not like she's innocent either; she's been to jail plenty of times.
These Georgia officials are disgusting examples of public corruption.

Complain of the appearance of public corruption and collusion with the state.
Write a State Congress Ethics commission complaint of the clear improper bias corrupting the court and abusing state power under the color of law to violate the constitutional right to a fair trial
Notice how the camera is not on miss love but always on the defense
This is the very reason citizens do not want to help by calling police because you will have to go into court under oath and puts your life in danger

Witness didnt have a problem showing up to court she just didnt want to be around the state. She was scared of them and didnt agree with what they were doing or saying. So need for her to be arrested to begin with. Very sad .

I started crying when I heard this. I was born in 86 as well. My mother killed herself when I was 4 years old. I still get emotional about it to this day. Ms. Love is ghetto, unprofessional, aggressive, pushy, and rude. Why are we still in the year 2013 State? The State goes around knocking on everybody's door, trying to get people to testify against Jeff and their co-defendants. UGHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Just because things aren't going your way and you don't have any evidence to support your claims, it doesn't mean that you're right.
Judge is doing a very good and impartial job. Witness should get perjury charge.
I got charged with perjury once because the officer told me that he wanted me to write a statement about my friend shooting other members from another rival gang and since I knew that my friend was not a trigger man and the actual trigger man left they still wanted my friend I'm talking about these officers has so much hate towards my friend because of a female officer that got her leg ran over and my friend that he stole the car and ran her feet over these cops wanted my friend to go down for that murder so bad that they told the other people if they did not write what they wanted to hear that there was one of the rest of them life in jail I lasted 3 to 4 days locked up watching one by one individual leaving the sales where we were all house in the police station when it was all said and done the cop like me and my friend and I got locked up for for perjury because during my friends trial they made me and I'm talking about back in like 2003 so don't get it twisted these cops are actually not what they say they are I went to the penitentiary for a statement that a officer told me to write spend 3 years in penitentiary because the judge was biased and believe the cop more even though there was evidence of things that were said and things that were done like she was being cut t shirt being turned and my friend came back to trial once again after he was convicted for 60 years for a murder he did not even commit so he came back on a pill and the actual shooter that was his friend was in court and they knew that he had more than one body under his belt but they still chose to charge my friend out of hatred cuz of what he did to one of his partners during a fleeing and eluding situation that he ran over a woman's legs cops all I remember in the cop all I remember is the cops were laughing and saying all we got them now we got them now he ain't never going to step out of jail and all this other stuff so I got some peanuts to go to court gave them my testimony who was supposed to be the right one not the one the officer told me to write so the judge still charged me after I explained to him what the cop what was doing even in the video of the police station the cop was still telling me that this is the guy right this is the guy right right this is this is this the guy like I said I spent 4 days in jail until they took both of us back to countyby that being said I never I never did a statement or I never talked to no police officers I said I didn't know what happened and that's that but they still had a written page with my actual signature so that being said since I didn't show up during his case the issue out a warrant for perjury and all these other stuff and I did 3 years just for a testimony that I didn't even wrote it was a police officer who wrote it that's the sad part from that day for Rhode Island and never to trust no cop never to speak without no lawyer all that a book because in the end of the day you're the only one that is going to take your weight and you're the only one that they want you to get tricked up and I did 3 years for that
