Nice work! Engine sounds great. Can you please explain the "no door handle" configuration? I've never heard of that. Thank you.

Yes it has poppers that has a remote the opens them for you. It's an old custom trick

That is the downside if you have a luxurious big block car with aircon and everything else. It is getting kind of cramped and it is much harder to work in the engine bay.
My Bonneville convertible has some parts in common with this Caddie: The aircon compressor and I bet even the radiator look identical.A guy stared at my giant aircon compressor. He had never seen one this big and he thought the car was kind of supercharged. My basic Chevies are much easier to work on!
I am a champion in dropping nuts and bolts down the engine bay. Modern cars are much worse. You even have to remove the cover under the engine. One of many reasons why I hate modern junk.
If you are lucky the things you dropped fall all the way to the floor. It happened to me today. But if you have a rare and hard to find bolt or tool they love to disapear and are never seen again. I heard a clonk more than once when the lost part fell out on a highway cruise. Sometimes many months later.
