It is random seed, but this mod makes every seed significantly better. The odds of a BT spawning is increased from 1/100 to 7/10, the nether is almost guaranteed to have a close bastion and fortress, the BT loot is better and you always have close and bigger magma ravines. It just makes the game more fun to play, because it just makes the best regular RSG seeds common. You will get a very good seed in like 1/10 you play instead of 1/100000. Basically it makes resetting less painful

Btw of course its not verifiable in the rsg leaderboard, and its not for this puropose that this was made. You can see a big "CHEATING" in the f3 screen when a runner is playing with this mod to prevent someone from trying to sneak a arsg run into the rsg leaderboard
