Thank you for the support! And I’m glad to hear that you enjoyed the video.
I think it’s so important to make sure you’re adequately fuelling your body when training, especially when you’re increasing the mileage, which itself comes with risk.
I try to look at it like food is an important part of my training, and tell myself that if I am under fuelling and not getting food on board quickly enough after a hard session, that it’s like missing an interval or a run. I just think it’s that important. Obviously, people can go the other way and eat too much, but I think most people have a fair idea of where the balance is.
Good luck with your running and I hope you continue to enjoy tuning in. I have some videos coming up that I’m really excited about!

It’s always so interesting to see how people eat during training. I also love my big bowl of oatmeal every morning. I add nuts, little dried fruit , sometimes protein powder. It’s great fuel and keeps me going all day. Consider making more videos such as these. Always fun to watch 🤗🇨🇦

Yes, oatmeal is a great way to start the day I think and adding some nuts and other things is a great idea. I’m really glad you enjoyed the video and I will be sure to do others like this!
