This is sad to hear. How do you care for your hair? I doubt it’s not growing, it’s probably just breaking off faster than it’s growing, which gives an appearance that it’s not growing. Proper hair maintenance is key to healthy hair and retaining length

Use moisturizer to make combing easier and start at the ends of your hair then work your way down
