When my husband and I were looking at buying houses we put in offer in 3 times before we found our house, I was absolutely crushed each time we didn’t get an accepted offer but when we walked through our now home I actually started crying because I was so thankful we didn’t get the others. If it’s meant to be it will be, just gotta trust the process l, you will get the right one eventually!!

It’s so smart to be accepting of things instead of trying to force what isn’t meant to be. I have been there with a home and it was just so wrong and I regretted pushing so hard for something that was never right. Short term heartaches are better than long term headaches.

FYI. I heard recently that the prices are supposed to drop in Austin by 40 percent. This is most likely a blessing. I heard this from only one source but it is worth looking into.

I remember a house we loved we gave a great offer and they had suddenly gotten a last minute offer right after us and they didn't even consider ours. Guessing the second offer must have been actual asking price or all cash which was really common at the time where we lived
