Great vlog, as always! The house thing is super exciting, and you should definitely do what you want. My thought was that, sometimes, it’s so easy to get swept up in the real estate purchasing. That steep driveway would be a possible deal-breaker for me, and it seemed in the video, you had a lot of ideas of how to change the place. I’d caution you to wait until you find THE place. I know you’re thinking you’re wasting money renting, but simplicity & peace of mind is worth something. Big hugs to Jordy’s dad. I lost my dad to cancer 5 years ago. He had it 18 years prior & survived. I hope nothing but the best outcome for his family.

If the house is on that steep of a hill or incline make sure you have it checked for foundation issues and shifting. That will be a very expensive maintenance later down the road.

Me and my fiance are in love with it he had stomach issues for years and ever since you've been taking it he hasn't had many stomach issues and he is much happier now. If anybody is even thinking about doing it just do it and try it it is awesome
My parents go to MD Anderson every other week for my moms treatment! I’m so sorry to hear about his dad, but he is at the best place possible! I will be praying for all of you. I know this is a hard journey!

Your third habit stack should be sitting in the sun for five minutes (balcony / garden ideally). Combined with drinking water first thing in the morning my calm app says this is the best way to set your body up for the day ❤️

When we bought our home there was an unmistakable vibe it was the right one. I can’t explain it, but everyone I talked to during the search told us we’d know when we know. And they were right. He is doing really well, he has his tests done every 6 months since, and doing great. It’s so important to keep a very positive attitude. I won’t say it wasn’t a struggle, but we’re doing amazing. The anxiety is not worth it. Ask your Realtor to see if you can find out: Is the driveway up to code & What the reason for the price reduction and potential reasons prospective buyers backed out.

With the washer/dryer, you could buy front loaders. In Europe we actually only have frontloaders. You can put cabinets around them and a countertop on top (ofc with some space in between) 😊
Prayers for Jordy’s dad 🙏🏻 If you get a front loading washer, you can put a shelf over the washer/dryer area to keep the window light. Then you can also install cabinet doors so the washer/dryer are discretely tucked away. I don’t know about that driveway though! 🤣

3rd concept: Stretch your bod! Doesn’t have to be technically yoga either. You are a dancer right? Did you do jazz, lyrical, hip hop? I did. For years. I do the warm up routine that we would always start class with. It’s amazing how much taller and agile I feel afterward. Helps so much. 😊❤️

I am also being treated at MDAnderson here in Houston for clear cell ovarian cancer. The best doctors in the world here! I had stage 4 when they found it and was in remission for a year and just had treatment last week for a reoccurrence! 3rd concept: Stretch your bod! Doesn’t have to be technically yoga either. You are a dancer right? Did you do jazz, lyrical, hip hop? I did. For years. I do the warm up routine that we would always start class with. It’s amazing how much taller and agile I feel afterward. Helps so much. 😊❤️

I am also being treated at MDAnderson here in Houston for clear cell ovarian cancer. The best doctors in the world here! I had stage 4 when they found it and was in remission for a year and just had treatment last week for a reoccurrence! I will keep his family in my prayers if you guys need anything in Houston please let me know!! 🙏🏻💪🏻cancer warriors ❤️
