    I'm loving these paints, they blend and layer so nicely for the way I used them here. Want to see the real time tutorial of this rose, see the swatching done in real time and get your hands on some of my artwork each month, check out my patreon, link in the description. I would suggest waiting until the first of the month to sign up so you won't get charged now and on the 1st ❤️

    They're such cute bottles all laying side by side in the box. It's always great when colours are reliably lightfast and you don't have to worry about them. I'm awaiting a wet palette so that I might try some more acrylic products and have them stay wet for longer, because everything dries too quickly here.😭 Wow 50 colours would be a set to have! The set you've swatched looks good too, with lots of intensely bright colours. The background you painted is so pretty, I like how they watered out to a dilute wash. And then the rose looks lovely on top with much more concentrated paint. Also I see you used a wet palette, haha! ❤

      Thank you, I actually really enjoy these paints. It’s really cool how I can use them like watercolor and like gouache. Once their on the paper longer they don’t lift as easily. I may have ordered more colors lol. Also really like the wet palette. I’ll have a review on it up sometime. I have another wet palette with a glass palette in it and I like that one too but obviously paint dries faster in that one.

    Although I don’t like acrylics, I have a feeling I might enjoy acrylic gouache due to the consistently. Liquitex is always a very reliable brand! These colors are gorgeous swatched out. I love how the rose turned out and what you did with the background😊

      Thank you Alexis. I have tried so many times to like acrylic paint lol. I have fantasies of me sitting at an easel painting away lol. But these paints I’m absolutely in love with and already ordered more. They work great for my techniques and I feel you and I create very similarly so I think you would really enjoy them too. You could even just get 3 primaries and white to try. I think I like watering them down for light versions and then bringing in the white for highlights or touchups at the end.

      @@NaomiCoutureArt the idea of actually just getting a few colors is smart since this type of paint is so easy to mix colors with!! Even tho my birthday has passed I didn’t actually buy any new art supplies and still contemplating if I will👀

    I know this is such an odd thing to ask but do you know the numbers on the back of each paint im doing some research for school project for my art class and my school wanted me to go to a craft store. I have extreme anxiety going into places like that im a bit odd but could you type the color of the paint with the numbers that on the back I would be so greatful!

    The rose is lovely! I really enjoy art supply reviews with demos, thank you! I’m curious if the acrylic paint dried on your palette, and if so, does it mean it will never come off? 🤔🙂😀

    • @NaomiCoutureArt
      @NaomiCoutureArt  2 роки тому +1

      Thank you Shadow ☺️. The acrylic paint did dry on the plastic palette but washed off easily under the sink. The palette was stained slight but it all came off without much scrubbing. It also worked really well with the wet palette.

      @@NaomiCoutureArt your welcome! I don’t know why I thought since acrylic paint is permanent on paper it’s going to be permanent on the palette LOL. Might be something to do with not being able to rewet and reuse the dried paint on the palette or something. I don’t know 😅.

    • @NaomiCoutureArt

      @@shadowguard3578 well to be honest I wasn’t sure either, so I had to test it! Even the spot where I left the thicker pink paint cleaned off well but it stained it lightly. However my Himi gouache stained the white palette they came with it as well so I’m quite impressed. I really loved that I could use them like watercolor and like gouache, kind of the best of both worlds.
