    Thank you for your video.
    I would be grateful were you to tell how you dealt with the wires from the “cradle” given that you had to press the wire bead of the collar into its channel on the helmet. Theoretically I would think you would have to force the beads onto the wires and into the channel..,,,,, but surely that would risk breaking the wires????
    What to do?
    Thank you.

      I packed the wires in the inside of the helmet liner spreading them around so you don't feel them or feel any pressure points

    How's the sound quality of the cardo speakers in the MODULAR helmet, in regard to wind/road noise? Is it loud enough even on the highway?

    • @AdventureTravelandScuba
      @AdventureTravelandScuba  Рік тому

    It says in the instructions the microphone is to be centred n your mouth, looks like the boom is a bit short , how does it work when placed on the side of your mouth?

    • @AdventureTravelandScuba
      @AdventureTravelandScuba  2 роки тому

      It works perfectly any comm system always had it this way, even better than centered as if the mic is in front of Your mouth it will make pop sounds

    Hi, tanks for this video!! just one question: when i'm using google maps (i have cardo spirit hd) is impossible to set audio! if i want, i have to exit from google maps (or other navigations app), set audio and enter again in google maps! why? is there a fix for this problem? thank you!

    • @AdventureTravelandScuba
      @AdventureTravelandScuba  Рік тому +1

      If You are using google maps you can muted the vice prompts within the Google map itself

      yes i'm using google maps but i want the voice..just i'd like to have the possibility to adjust the volume of google maps with the audio keys on the cardo spirit hd. No ideas about why this can't be possible :( @@AdventureTravelandScuba

    Are the earpieces crazy painful for anyone else? My head is on the lower range for my helmet size but these earbuds stick out so much and are just a solid piece of plastic jamming into my ears at an angle.

    • @AdventureTravelandScuba
      @AdventureTravelandScuba  3 роки тому +1

      Make sure you adjust your earpieces also if Your helmet does not have speaker pocket you really have to find the sweat spot to place your speakers. most of the helmets with speaker pocket work no issue. Mybfriend on other hand had same issue and he placed them low in the helmet and now its better, Second option you can eliminate speakers all together and use ear budsvof your choice they connect directly to the unit, that option is a bit pain in the butt as taking and putting on helmet will be a bit more work, on other hand not really as mostbofbthe guys are wearing earplugs anyways, I do when Ibride on the highway

    • @GeordanChristian
      @GeordanChristian 3 роки тому +1

      @@AdventureTravelandScuba Thank you, I'll give the earbuds a shot and see if that works better. My helmet actually does have an indentation but the ear pieces have a lip on them so the hard plastic part sits on top of the indentation instead of just being flush with it. if the ear pieces were a fraction of a cm smaller or the indentation slightly bigger they would fit just fine I'd imagine.

    • @AdventureTravelandScuba
      @AdventureTravelandScuba  3 роки тому

      @@GeordanChristian You can always use a Dremel tool and grind the indentation a bit deeper if that's the case to make it fit perfectly that's another option for you the helmet foam should be quite easy to to this

    If You have Schuberth modular helmet or similar that tuturial may help you to install communication system. In my case itbis Cardo but Sena installs the same way.
