It's worth a shot. I like how Tim considered potentially harmful adverse effects of the technique.

Great demonstration of how Hypnosis does not require the person to be in a deep trance for positive change to happen!

I love when people experience the power of mindbody interaction. I'm a total convert. Dr. John Sarno's work saved my life.
I never would have guessed that I could fix my back pain and carpal tunnel syndrome and many other symptoms all by reading books and asking myself different questions.
I was only open-minded enough to try because I'd hit rock-bottom desperation.
No surgeons or other doctors or any other health professionals had been able to help.
I'm so thankful that Aaron Iba's blog post introduced me to Sarno.

Tim please host Alan Gordan he is the author of the way out that talks about neuroplastic pain and mind-body technique like somatic tracking, others to heal chronic pain and how pain is a brain signal that is learned. He helps people to rewire the brain with new neural pathways to overcome the negative feedback loop and be stuck in pain. He is a pain management expert psychologist. His approach overlaps with Dr.Dave reinterpreting the signals of your brain. Teaches his patients corrective experiences and how to respond to pain with east but not fear.

      I can't tell if you're actually upset.
I agree that Dr. John Sarno was extraordinary (as I mentioned at ua-cam.com/video/b5AW2QxVBCE/v-deo.html&lc=UgxmkxLmTrY_wcIZUJ94AaABAg).
I LOVE seeing when more people learn about this topic.
So much less suffering in the world.

We have a range of sessions that aid with a variety of problems. When first starting your journey with Reveri, we'll test your hypnotizability and guide you through the process that I went through with Tim in the above video. I hope you're able to give it a try!
