Current home with a sore throat with Dr.Mondragon playing on my tv. She is soooooo relaxing .
33:44 her patient's left elbow is crossing the right side of her waist. I just tried it and my elbow barely goes past the centerline. That's crazy flexibility.

Damn I wish ya were in my area, been going to a few chrio's in my area for 3 years now for a slipped disc and now dislocated rib... I've dislocated my knees over the years about 60+ times and have been asking if my hips or how my feet are at an angle would effect my back after watching youtube videos... Nobody has ever tried to adjust my hips or anything else other than just use the activator or adjust my back... Finally after getting an inverted table have I had some pain relief for my back... You've got a fan with how you check everything, that's for damn sure! :D

Once lady dragon explained that it's not deep tissue but bone reallignment and adjustment. Ask around about their techniques cause what she does has no name but she answered once that there are chiros out there who have similar style as her.

I'm wanting to go to a chiropractor mainly for my knees. I wanted to ask. Is they're any difference when your manipulating to someone who is hyper mobile? I get massive pressure like a bubble behind my knee joints and I have to crack them in order to release it but sometimes I cant and then pain continues. Only way to crack my knee as a fast downward squat. Think it's worth going ? Oh just to add with ny knees I'm knock kneed too so I'm guessing that's what causes most of the issues and it is attributed to my hyper mobility

i wish i lived closer, I'm 19 with 4 herniated discs and spinal stenosis in my lower back, had two surgeries and would love to experience something like this.
I've had three back surgeries one of the back surgeries was a spinal fusion in my lower back and I'm still having a lot of back problems and neck problems my sciatic nerve is messed up I was wondering if a chiropractor could help me all regular doctors won't to do you give me pain medicine and I'm tired taking that mess but I didn't know if I could go to a chiropractor since I had that spinal fusion I was wondering if anyone had any advice I'm only 36 years old I don't want to have these problems and have to take pain medicine for the rest of my life

As I watch your videos I wonder how you see patients when your eyes are closed. I image you see almost through them- as muscles and bones, joints and tendons.... then pull back , open your eyes and see the entire patient. I love your videos. They are relaxing to watch- how weird.

It confuses me when the patient complains of back and/or neck pain but then flops down on the table with no care. My pains force me to be strategic and purposeful on the table. Just Interesting.

Mine does hello measures the nerve pressure then crack crack crack, doesn’t touch the neck because he can’t get it to adjust without a lot of pain and guarding so I really really need to find someone who can open things up and adjust. Would LOVE any suggestions!
Not sure if this helps but look up chiropractic medicine. He uses the same approach as Dr. Brenda but with diff techniques.
