Looks good. I bet you could do it in a KitchenAid mixer with the copper bowl insert and the water bath attachment with boiling water in it........... Just a thought. I think your Cake Decorating Skills are great!

Maybe I need to get a KA Corded 9 Speed (or 7 Speed Corded or Cordless) Hand Mixer because I’ve recently used my 5 Speed Ultra Power model & it survived but I don’t wanna wear it out.

I love this frosting but when i make it, by the next day if not covered in cellophane, the top gets a crust and gets hard.
