Why would anyone want to be called a legend of T20 cricket? The kids version of the game. Tests are the hardest form of cricket. Would rather be labelled a test cricket legend then a T-20 legend.

It forces all competing teams/players to up their game. For us Sri Lankans back then just one victory against an Aussie side like that was a massive achievement!

Excellent batting from Andrew Symonds. He remained a bit underrated. Specifically, the inning in the 2003 WC semifinal was fantastic. Here, the poor field was placement too poor. Despite of conceding boundaries continuously, the SL Captain was without the Long on & off !

His career simply started at the grandest stages of an epic player's dream i.e WC 2003 & he simply had a dream run back then & after that this kind of knock was an regular one & I wouldn't had been surprised even Roy would have had scored a double ton because such toying with bowlers was just Australian Cricketing Culture i.e. to dominate the game & play like an Soldier to win the battle.
