I know someone who recently bought a lot there. I bought a 1-acre lot a few miles away about a year ago and I'm just finishing up the driveway and utilities. I'm glad I got in on this trend.
we were in that very area looking at land, Taylor County is very RV friendly. 1 acre can hold 4 RV's. Many developed RV pads land for sale in that area as well.
Native Floridian here. Our house is paid off. We have room for our 5th wheel and 25ft boat. We just take month(s) long trips to wherever we want, when we want. The problem with that area of Florida, is good medical care for seniors and veterans in that area. My late parents lived in that area for years and then moved to be closer for the medical care they needed.
Hi Mike and Jennifer. Not so much interested in tis land but I'm very interested in buying somewhere. I hope you keep up this type of video - where to buy RV specific land. I find these videos very informative. Thanks again, John.
I hope to do this one day when we get out of debt. I've said for a while that it would be great to own property at the beach, a lake and the mountains that we can take our camper to and rent it out when we're not using it. One day!!
Love traveling to various campgrounds with you. Although I have no desire to purchase land as such, I marvel at Gods creations Thank you for sharing the gorgeous sunsets
Nice, not far enough south for the winter for me. If your gonna head to Florida u may as well go all in to SW Florida. Had 2 nights below 40 this winter and that's rare. Lot more crowded of course but for us if your gonna commit to Florida you don't want to be cold in the winter.
Hey guys! Great video. Couple of questions. Is there an HOA? Lot FEE? anything like that? Also, how far is it from the beach? Really appreciate you making this video.
4 months w/o a response from them!?!? smh ... hope you weren't holding your breath. Most of these channels yacking about rv friendly land in Florida ... nine out of ten times are too good to be true. Their link in the description's bogus
It says in the description of the video the lots are sold. In my research Taylor, florida does have plots of land where yiu can live in your camper or rv full-time. You just have to get your utilities hooked up like power and if you aren't close to city water and sewer yiu will have to dig a well and dig for your septic. Once that's done you can live on yiur property. Unless you're the boondock type that has solar and can get buy with the bare kin without a septic and power
so they are charging basically 100k an acre for land so far north in Florida it snows there. albeit rarely snows, but your definitely cold in Jan and Feb and can guarantee you are not swimming in the cold Gulf waters then either.
Hello. I watch your videos all the time and wanted to know if you are aware of any other properties like gulf mist landing. I called them shortly after seeing your video and they were completely sold out. We live in Florida any help would be greatly appreciated
MIke and Jen, can you tell us what the price range is? Inquiring minds want to know. Also are there any condo type fees and is there an HOA? Keep the good stuff coming.

Exactly what I was thinking!!! Wait til the first hurricane slams right into “hurricane alley” as we Floridians call the bend. All those structures are going to go flying away!!

You guys have these infomercials down.
We were just in Keaton Beach April 2-8 looking for land and missed this location. Do you have a close cross street?
Wish y’all had shared the price info for a lot. I’d imagine it’ll be expensive as they’ve made it a gated community with power available etc. 🤷🏻♀️

The lots they have left are 65-70k. HOA is $500.
What happened to the link for Gulf Mist Landing, it says no results found?
Of course the $64k question is...how much?
You are close 65 to 70k.
Their website says they start at $59,900
They are all sold.
As of a week ago, they only had 3 half acres left (unless they are going to have a phase 2)
I know they are selling like crazy. Their web site this morning (April 9, 2022) says 8 were left.
Are there any left available? I’m having trouble loading the link and finding it online so I think not.

What are the taxes? How much are the road service fee?
Call them and ask
Roughly $750, HOA $500
Is this a area that is 55year old restricted. If not are there schools nearby.
Very expensive those RV lots 😢😢
I would like to know what the tax rate is or approximately what the property taxes would be.
Call them and ask
I believe they told me around 1 or 1.5%
Any idea what the flood zone is for this area?
Hasn’t flooded for over 500 years, but on the other side of Beach road it floods 1-2 times per year

Are you allowed to rent your lot to other RVers when you're not staying there?
Yes. I have a lot here
can you do a tiny house in a rv property?
It falls under RV umbrella
Do you know of a similar community in the western part of Michigan, Lake Michigan area?
No, haven't found anything like that in Michigan.
Are dogs allowed at the beach?
Thats not really a “beach”. And after one hurricane there might be more sand or less sand. You never know.
Beach renourishment is something to inquire about especially on Nature Coast!!
How much are the lots?
$60,000 lot off of a paved road with utilities at the road
