Nice build. Also want to add I like the format of your videos, with no flying graphics or background music to distract from documenting the process. Looking forward to seeing the car come together.
I appreciate that. My goal is to maybe help someone else doing the same thing. Some of my earlier videos had some background music but I learned that it doesn't really add any value. :)
Not complete yet. I have been getting the body ready for paint which I hope to complete this week or next. Then I can get on with the assembly of the rest of it. You can see some of the other work I have already done on my channel. Engine/transmission installation, exhaust system, etc.
Did you have any trouble with the Wilwood brake lines being long enough to reach the brake junction blocks on the frame? I have a C3 and the included brake lines didn’t reach the brake junction blocks by the trailing arms. Trying to figure out a solution.
Does this kit replace the traverse leaf spring rear suspension? Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I'm brand new to C2 Corvette and just started research for a potential rebuild project. Is it worth the expense versus just replacing all the worn parts on the original suspension?
Yes, it replaces the rear transverse spring, and in my opinion it is well worth it. You will have a better ride and better handling. Plus, you will have full adjustability of the ride height.
Nice build.

I agree, try watching Daily Driven Exotics 😮 camera moves around so fast and shakes so bad I swore the camera man was epileptic 🤨

This Corvette is going to be awesome with these kind of improvements and Dicks attention to detail 👍🏻 Happy New Year! 🎉
Thanks for watching and for the nice comments. Happy New Year to you as well.
Great stuff ,Looking forward to your final vision. Thanks Dick. 👍
Thanks for watching!
Great and excellent job, congrats from Santo André/Brazil.
Thanks for watching!
1962 CORVETTE WITHOUT POSITRACTION. YOU COULD HAVE UPGRADED TO POSI INTERIOR, MAKES BIG DIFFRENCE ON TRACTION OF THIS CORVETTE
Hi. I was wondering if this project is complete. If not how did you come to the choice of suspension. Thanks

No, I did not have an issue with that. Make sure you aren't trying to use the front lines on the rear.
