It's safe if you're white in Tiburon, but the Tiburon Police Department is infamous for its racial profiling, including my black friend, whose girlfriend lived in Tiburon. He got pulled over on average of once a week - for months on end. Same guy, same cops. It's safe, but it was safe before the whole city became a police surveillance zone. That's the reason people in Mill Valley and Sausalito stopped going there. That and the racial profiling. I have another black friend who owns a store in town, whose store was invaded by the Tiburon Police Department who harrassed him as he was taking inventory. There is virtually no crime in Tiburon, which collects millions of tax dollars annually and gives it to the Tiburon Police Department. Tiburon remains a highly racist town, as can be seen by the signs in everyone's yard directing everyone to vote no on expanding a low-income/black people housing development. Check out all of the white people in all of Karrie Hill's videos (no black people allowed). Karrie Hill loves white people.
Ahhhhh, I'm so sorry about the negative things that happened in Tiburon's Police past. It was unacceptable! There have been changes in the department after the Yema incident. I hope those changes will be what the department needed! My videos do not have just white people in them...you'll see that if you watch more. Thank you for your comment and thank you for watching!
@@Jarhead1313 Thus spake the military interventionalist racist. Tiburon was made for you. You'll fit right in. As a heads up, there's a significant Iranian-American population in Tiburon, who I honor. Please don't shoot them. Thank you.
@@Jarhead1313 I appreciate your racist reply, but I live in Mill Valley. We're racist too! I'd ask you to ask any black person who drives into Mill Valley what it's like for them, but the word is out, and it's a true rarity when a black person ventures onto Miller Avenue. As a community, we call the cops when we see black people walking around too.
Very interesting information

If you have a problem with Tiburon or the people of Tiburon. Stay in Compton. Just a suggestion...
