I’m just preparing for the MS-900 exam. I previously used linkedin learning via my workplace and went through the course videos but i felt like i learn’t very little. Started going through the MS-900 learning paths as you suggested and I feel they are much more clear, understandable and I’ve managed to retain the knowledge. Do you reckon just by going through the exam objectives, learning paths and john’s video should be enough to pass the exam?
Hi Faris, that should be more that enough. The only think i will add to that is a little more practice test if you can get you hands of some, but you should be good with those three if that's all you can get your hands on.
I have to admit that I was a bit arrogant regarding the MS-900 test, thinking it is easy to pass. The more I have studied the topics, the clearer I now see that this test is actually very hard. You should be knowledgeable about so many applications and have to know some very detailed information (Is this feature part of E3 or E5 plans, for instance). What are your tips for remembering these super-small details? In my opinion, the MS-900 is harder than AZ-900.
I’m trying to take this exam next month and I’m so bad at studying to s point when I try to study and learn, I start falling asleep. I’m going to give your advice a try. I’m so nervous about this
hey man im new to all of this, planning to study ms 900 as well, whats the next cert to study? and how long do you have to study to pass the exam? i was thinkin between ms 900 or comptia A+
Hi bro, the AZ-900 is really not that hard to study for, but honestly, I say go for the A+ first if you’re just getting started. It will teach you a lot of the fundamental stuff you need to know.
Hi Godwin, I'm not sure if it helps you get a job per se, but it will help you get ready for advance certs. It is also suited for people that need to understand the top-level stuff. Nothing too detailed. It was required by the company I work for. I hope that helps.

In all honesty, it just took a lot of grinding and memorizing the small details but sometimes just keeping at it and practicing a lot does the trick!
I just passed the AZ-900, I am thinking of taking this one since I hear a lot of the material overlaps.
That’s very true. They sure do, and Congratulations on passing the AZ-900.
Thanks for your tips!
You’re welcome.

You got this. You will be Ok. We're all bad at studying in some way. It's just a matter of being consistent.

Do I need both az & ms 900 or just one of them ?
You don’t necessarily need both. Do the AZ900 if you’re going for the Az104 later.
good video. how long did you studied in total for the exam?
Thanks. 🙏 It didn’t take that long. It was about 2-3 weeks. It’s not a super complicated exam.
Nice video man.
Thanks!
How hard was the actual test though?
Hi, Michael, the exam was not that difficult. You should be able to get it out of the way if you look at some of the material I talk about.
What jobs can you get with this certificate?
