I purchased Jason Dion’s lecture. I like it. He breaks it down simpler terms. I also purchased the CompTIA Network + practice test. I hope that enough to pass lol.
I took the N10-007 and failed with a 660. I was so discouraged. I kept taking Dion's tests but I kept getting around 68%. I can scored really high on the retakes, but I'm still not scoring high enough on the first go. I still have 3 tests to. Gonna try again at the end of this month.
Congrats! I'm going to say that while I haven't passed the Net+, I've studied it a couple times with various authors. I'm in the minority in that I don't care much for Professor Messer. I just don't gel with his training. I guess everyone learns differently. I particularly felt his speed subnetting chart was cumbersome and just drove me crazy. I ultimately learned subnetting from Keith Barker's older ICND/CCNA Route Switch book. I guess his explanations just helped that lightbulb go off for me.
Hi, I can totally see your point. I did not use his video series for this exam, but I love his note. It helped me review before the exam. The ITPro TV video series worked great for me. Keith Barker is good. I love his videos. I have been watching some of his videos as I get ready for my CCNA.

Hi Christian, I really don't think you need the N10-008 if you already have your CCNP. I'm rounding up my studying for the CCNA now, and I will most likely create a video highlighting the difference between the two, but I will not advise you to take it not unless you want to brush up on some of the basic/general network concepts.
The where is up to you and where you want to apply, but it should get you a good entry-level networking job. It's also good for getting your foot in the door.
Passed my Net+ a couple of weeks ago and I am very happy. Remembered watching this video a while back and just wanted to say THANKS!
