Here’s what you’re forgetting… This is your CHILD, not your entertainment. YOU are the parent who is supposed to be teaching the child about life, especially at this stage. It’s your job to help a child form a stable identity, with peers, hobbies, activities, interest. Wearing a dress & makeup and being feminine is all fine but don’t put gender ideology or labels on it. Even most 18 year old “adults” don’t know who they are yet. Hell, I’m turning 25 and am just now beginning to feel a stable sense of identity. Brain formation, puberty, hormones, life experiences.. everything changes. It’s like people are forgetting what a human being is now and thinking clothes mean gender. Scary world.

I agree, it seems a lot of their ideas are hung up on a superficial concept of what is masculine/feminine. Just because I want to put on a dress and make up and look the way a woman traditionally conventionally looks doesn't make me a woman, or any less a man. People get hung up on the superficial stereotypes. Which makes it so often seem so phony to me, they are basing the way they feel about themselves or others on these superficial stereotypes and expectations.
God created them male and female. Young children need to be brought up in the spirit and admonition of the Lord, not led down the delusional and demonic path of transgenderism.
My older son when he was real little became convinced he was going to become an astronaut and fly to Mars. Did I begin "transitioning" him into an astronaut? Did I "affirm' his " inner feelings'? Of course not, silly questions. It was just an innocent, childhood fantasy that he expectedly outgrew in a short time. This current faddish, delusional transgender ideology is very destructive for children and must be opposed.

@kalindamcnulty-uw4yh I don't agree with the guy you responded to, but not all abuse shows physically or at the same time. When the kid gets older, there might be a different story. I'm very progressive however I don't think that kids thar age knows enough to understand what they want to be or what gender they are aligned with. I say raise your kids in the default sex they are born with and teach them about other genders, when they get older and able to understand more listen to them as they make their choices, I'm not saying not to explore possibilities as they grow and expose them to new ideas just know the limits. They will decide their own gender when they get older and able to understand more as their identity matures. This way having the kid go where ever the wind blows and the parents just following behind just seeing neglectful. They are too young to understand yet and you might be taking away something when you think you are giving free range. Follow the path of biology and then let the psychology come in as they mature. I could be wrong and I'll informed.

Trans medicine and surgery are big business now. Bottom surgery is at least $70K a pop. The person undergoing bottom surgery may get botched, die from necrotizing fasciitis, have to get a colostomy for life, pain for life, etc. but they will not commit suicide any more

Did people forget that kids go through many phases as they grow? They may play woth gender, and various identities (I'm a dog today, Anakin Skywalker, Dinosaur, etc etc). We don't just stop them at ''you said you are the opposite sex today so that;s who you are going to be raised as now". Seems amnesia to the fact that all kids go through these phases thru childhood. I believe children should be allowed to explore their identity without pressure. While I respect diverse views, I feel strongly that kids need space to develop naturally. If someone discovers their transgender identity when older, they can make that personal decision for themselves.

The anchor uses the phrase "transgender experience". Experience is subjective - it can vary between individuals based on perspectives, beliefs, and contexts. Facts aim to be objective - they exist independently of individual experience. The fact is that we are born either male, or female. If you dig up a person 100 years after they are dead, their bones will tell you which sex they are. These children that are being transitioned face a journey of one euphoria to another on their journey e.g. getting hormones, then socially transitioning, then a medical transition. This has limits, as there is only so far you can go. Children's brains aren't fully developed and therefore, they are open to suggestion. It's only later in life when they realise that they are patients for life (you can't just stop taking hormones), they're infertile and they face a whole host of medical problems, as male bodies are designed to have a higher level of testosterone and female bodies are designed to have a higher level of estrogen. They are taking hormones that their body isn't able to process in such large quantities and this is destroying their organs. Women taking masculinising doses of testosterone for gender transition are at much increased risk of cancer, diabetes, and metabolic disease. This is not good. Stop trying to change nature, as nature doesn't like it and God will also not be happy.

It is scary to be parents at a time when so much is changing, but think about this for a second: no one has an issue with girls, old or young, wearing pants. Leaving labels aside, it is wonderful to see parents going against the grain and showering their child with unconditional love and acceptance ❤

If you don't put the kid on puberty blockers and hormones, the kid will likely grow up healthy and simply be mortified by his wacky parents and live his life as the man he appears to be.
