Fleet looks awsome mate. Youve nailed the paint scheme on them. These counter holders on the bases look cool how do they work ? I also had an issue with warping on the resin on my KS Avalon and atlantis. You planning to pick up any of the new classes of ships? Some of them look awsome. 😁👍
Thank you! I've got a video on the alternative bases coming out tomorrow which will explain in more detail than I can type here - spoiler, it's still slightly fiddly! The newest Battlecruisers aren't really for me, I just can't being myself to like the aesthetics of any of them I'm afraid. They're cool ideas but visually there's something not quite right. I'm tempted to add another Johannesburg to the UCM because I like the models so much, and possibly a Beijing as a classic all gun battleship to partner the New York.
Thanks I’m glad you enjoyed it. It’s possible, although it depends how popular these videos are. I only have so much time and painting videos are fairly time-consuming to make. I essentially followed the suggested colours from the instruction sheet.
Great video, I hope we can see more from you :) How do you fare with the Toulons ? I always thought they were just overpriced for what they can actually bring to the battle ( by that I mean that you need to fire all weapons to get its value) I wasn't lucky with my New York, the bits a a bit warped and are leaving a gap in the middle section, yours turned out really nice, I am loving the paint scheme btw :)
Thank you. They’re fine, having squadron now helps them I think, it’s all getting blown up any way! Yeah there was a gap and some miscasting in my New York I had to slice some bits off to align them then do a bit of filling and resculpting.
Thank you. They can be bought direct from TTCombat's website, vendors on eBay and a number of other web stores that stock the range. I think there have been some on and off stock issues over the last year or so, but the ships that go out of stock do get replaced it's just taking a little more time at the moment.
