I listen to it again after thirty years and I still think it's great.
Damn, so good. I saw them a couple times in the 80s in Los Angeles. It's good to see theyre still rockin!
2.01: Best guitar solo ever....Brilliant!
Just AMAZINGG! Played this with my old band - GREAT workout for live shows!!!

Brilliant stuff!!
… I tell you that we've been through this
I know I've told you that before
I try to find out where we missed
It gets to be such a shore
… 'Cause ever since that time I told you so
Well, something gets my eye, and I don't let go
And then the stories and words, they're here and gone
'Cause that's what you always say
… I try to sit and talk with you, but-
You know how moods change all the time
I try to wait a week or two, but-
By then, I'd probably change my mind
… 'Cause ever since that time I told you so
Something gets my eye, and I don't let go
And then the stories and words, they're here and gone
That's what you always say
… I try to sit and talk with you
You know how moods change all the time
I try to wait a week or two
But by then I'll probably change my mind
… 'Cause ever since that time I told you so
Well, something gets my eye, and I don't let go
And then the stories and words, yeah, they're here and gone
'Cause that's what you always say
beautiful.
Still classic!
They still shred!

That word/definition of "Visceral" in the dictionary? Place this link there...
LUNA did a killer version of this.
was listening to Shocking Blue's "Venus" ( ua-cam.com/video/8LhkyyCvUHk/v-deo.html ) and absolutely reminded me of this song... I know there's only a few chords/progressions in this world, but got me wondering: is this kind of rip off/ sample/ homage? much prefer this one anyway, but the "original" Shocking's cool too
It doesn't sound too similar to my ears but now that you mention it I remember Steve Wynn did a cover of 'Venus' in one of his 'rarities' albums so there might be some distant connection.
what the Stones would sound like if only they were cool
nice performance but without lighting and VJ this is like some kind of ted talk lol
