saw them years ago, in balt'more at hammerjacks. by then, nobody knew who they were. they were always so out there that most people couldn't even hear them. glad they're still rocking.
spotify may he horrible for artists, but its the only reason i heard this song/band. Band has so much great shit, though this one just SO blows my mind, and is just so fuckin cool, i dunno how they aint completelty spazzin in rocknrollparoxyms on stage like im right richard gere
who's the lad on the lead gtr here? he's great! kept alot of karl precoda's wildness but with a bit more control... i miss the whistley feedback karl used to get out of his semi-acoustic, but it's still sounding pretty untamed! good job!
ok, i was suckered in again. the first song i heard from this set wasn't bad, but this one is too fast, tinny. thin voice, poorly phrased. I still have this lp from the day and it sounds way better. ua-cam.com/video/i26AjxjBd5M/v-deo.html
You do realize that this is 23 years after that was originally released, right? Half the modern "indie" bands wish they sounded this tight. Give credit where it's due. Or maybe listen with headphones. Karl did his thing on the original, but this version has a nervous Television meets effects pedals vibe that I absolutely love
@@wineinabox yea, i bought this lp new when it came out, 33 years ago. I think it being 33 years on is the my problem, not my equipment. For me, rock is a young persons game, it was true in '84 and it's true now. Yes, 95% of music is bad now, same as '84, same as '74 etc. It's only that 5% you remember.
One of the most underrated bands in the history of rock music
one of the best songs ive ever heard in my life
Love hearing this after all these years.
Seeing them on Friday. Holy christ, I've never seen a band age this well 😍
I absolutely fucking love this song and the fender jazzmaster has never sounded better!
Nobody will say something about this show? what a great band! That sound nice and loud. Im fucking lovin' it
More people should know about this band!

Agreed and anyone who saw them in the 1980's was very lucky. They are great on record , but even better live.
I believe "the 3 o'clock" does the best vocal version of this song...all credit for riffs to dream
