Congrats Adaeze, I am happy for you and your family. In my mind I already knew you are going to relocate😊 the day I saw your post about travelling to Canada I told my children that I knew you will join us soon in Canada😂 In my mind I was praying you will reside in Ontario so that we can meet one on one. Okay back to the discussion about reactions from friends. We relocated to Canada in 2018, I also have few friends but they already know I was going to relocate because we are all tired of Nigeria and I carried them along thru the process even though most times I give them the gist after each process but they were all happy for us. Two of them joined us later. If I have a friend who doesn’t carry me along about travelling process and later told me they are relocating, I won’t be mad at them because we all have our personal reasons which I will understand and respect. Sorry for the long story😂😂
Friendships are delicate, I could imagine someone I've bonded with leaving, it wud be heartbreaking. But that's life, people keep progressing, everyone would be alright. Congratulations Adaeze 💖
When one has a deep friendship it goes through many waves and a true friend should be happy for her friend when changes happen even if it’s going to impact her emotionally . A friend should be happy for a friend’s progress. Friendship is always tested. Do what is best for you and your family. All the best

Her Friendship with Nelo is a friendship of maturity, they know they are friends but understand they are not bound at the hip, hence Nelo went on vacation n they didnt go together, its just like me n my dear friend, we dont chat every day even a month can go by, she is in my neighbouring country, after getting married there but life goes on😊😊😊
That's not this friendship from what was shown on UA-cam. They and their kids were very close and ahared personal information especially nelo. During her building project, ada was there throughout so keeping this travel a secret I will seem fishy from nelos perspective. If at all that happened

I relocated in 2022 to join my husband. Asides my mum and siblings and 2 of my friends, I didn't tell any other person. They were very happy for me o because we've been married 3 years and lived separately.

When i was applying to come to Canada i made the mistake of telling my mom prematurely…now any small minute she would ask Canada girl how far? Lol pls ma! Wait these things take time 🤣. Imagine when I applied i was a single babe and i finally left with a whole husband and child. I told a few friends when were almost to go. I went to do my silent goodbyes with my aunts then when we started talking about relocating we realized everyone else on that table also had visa on their passport to go to UK 🤣.
