I'm glad to see it getting better for you Moose. I love Griffen & AVS slugs, so I can't wait until you get that reg figured out and get to tune those slugs. I've seen quite a few vids with people struggling with accuracy with the Panthera. I hope FX gets it figured out quick.
Me and Griffin use the same die from Corbin. With my experience using .250 38 gr LDC would probably work wonderful in that FX heavy liner. Although me personally, I don’t use the white polymer ball I make a 38 gr cup base hybrid style, which is the same thing just without the ball. i’ve tried a few heavy liners and they’re all really consistent with that same exact slug. I’ve had the same experience with the 22 caliber, regular superior with using my 23 gr cup base hybrid style.
I’d really suggest trying some of his boat tails. I watched another channel (his Panthera is bone stock too)and he was shooting a boat tail from another manufacturer and was getting great results. But griffins in 42grain hollow base boat tail and the 48 grain hollow point boat tail are absolutely amazing in my bully.
I am shooting the 251 gen 2 36 gr Javelin's and they are doing exceptionally well. Were can I get some of these pellets you like I'd like to try them out. My gun also loves pellets light pellets though 27.8 Benjamin domed was the best so far. also I need to fix my maverick .30 it has a stripped out either bottle or where you connect the bottle or both scared to pull it or separate the 2.
Nice shooting Moose. You make it look easy with the right ammo. You're shooting it at 980FPS and Ted is at 1100 FPS. That rifle has great versatility I guess? Awesome.
I plan to replace my flat gauge with a digital to see exactly how well it recovers or creeps. I don't trust the needle gauge. My impact will fluctuate 1.5-2 bar at most. The needle made me think it was 5-10 bar.
Could be the cold, and the additional tank is not something I will consider. I already have an Impact, Maverick, and other bottle guns. This gun is made for NRL and PRS. there is no need for high shot count.
As I'm waiting for my .25 to get here from Tom, I'm searching for a scope I want to use. Which one are you using and what height rings do I need? I'm assuming i will need HIGH RINGS, with the magazine. Hoping a single shot tray will come soon. Also, what scope cam is that? Is the Eagle Vision one? I need to get that as well. My wife is going to skin me alive. lol.
question, I just bought the FX Dynamic Express 600 in .25 and I bought the Donnie FL Ronin 30 cal silencer for my maverick in .30 can I use this .30 Donnie FL Ronin on my new gun in .25? it says 25 and 30 but I wana make damn sure...lol don't need no youll shoot your eye out kid ... this xmass lool
Hey, thanks so much for all your help friend, my gun gets here tom. and can not wait, it will eventually be a compact .25 with the AR folding stock. I would have just bought that one but every where I looked was sold out!!@@abitoutside
Everything I've read so far is saying that 160+ on the reg is where you need to be! Eliminate creep and the valve gets way more efficient! So if the factory hammer can't overcome that pressure FX needs to revamp there factory gun's. It's a factory slug gun which needs high reg pressure to push heavy slugs! Probably more in the 50 and up grain with that heavy liner!

Have to say that 100yd group with the 38s is undoubtedly the BEST, UNMATCHED by far by ANYONE with the Panthera. Bloody awesome Buddy 🙂👍
Thanks buddy, I had not seen many 100 yard groups
Half the fun is testing. Love my Panthera 22 700mm
I have the tungsten hammer and it helps
Yep, gonna add mine today
Well done, good video!
Thank you very much!

Under 1000fps you get better precision accuracy. Which is why 99% DETUNE their 1000+++ setups for competition
Don`t feel bad. I am no good at off hand too. No body can be good at everything A.
True story
Wondering where you got the 1-14 twist barrel for the 700 Panthera?
Thanks for your time!
Ohh, I wish I could remember. I think from FX
Was there a reason for picking the 25 caliber over the 22 ?
BC in 25 is better, and it was what was available.
No need to look farther. Those Griffen .249s are da bomb!

Great plan for sure
If it’s like my mk3, it doesn’t like to fill the plenum fast in cold weather. And are you going to add the larger second tank now that it’s offered?

I use Arken sh4 4-16 and Arken rings. And yes the Eaglevision scopecam

100% yes

Seems to be a temperamental air rifle, but I still want to get one.
Don't think it's temperamental at all. Just another airgun.

Yep me too, but nothing I could do with factory hammer. It is what it is for now. I'll change hammers today
Yeah stick with the 249,by the way,too many people can't shoot off hand, I'm one who can't either
Looks really nice but it's just not appealing to me I'm not a competitive shooter, I'll stick with my wildcat mk3bt sniper 22, thanks for sharing 👍👍
It isn't for everyone
With that groupings it needs more fine tuning and try another slugs.
Nope, that's a good group for the conditions. It is doing great
buy a huma regulator. problem solved
