This is great.If done during a WOD, how many reps do you recommend?For instance, If the WOD requires 3 HSPU, how many forBoxed HSPU with using knees?Boxed HSPU on toes?Also, would you scale the WOD and increase reps for someone using 2 ab matts and/or 3?
