The hairstyle makes you look Ethiopian by birth Princess..😀.. Nice video with " Minerves on the Move". I know Ethiopia has its mountains to climb still to address the socio-economic situation of her people among other needs but I am afraid, Ethiopia is getting better ahead of my beloved country (South Africa) in my view.. Wishing you strength with your business project (s).. It's not easy I know as someone who has spent years fiddling in business matters myself, but not doing it or trying cannot be right.. Pundits say Africa is actually on the rise. We are the ones who must make sure it happens not matter how hard this may appear to be..
Thank you so much for your encouraging and kind words, as always. There is no doubt that Africa is on the rise, and those of us who catch the wave as it’s going up will benefit the most!
Imagine Addis in 10 years 😮
Seriously!
Your Amharic 😍🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
I was thinking the other day that wouldn't it be preferable to have Amharic as the franca lingua of Africa.. Amharic and Aramaic, the language Jesus spoke share the same ancient roots.. I am keen to learn it first than any other language on the continent including Portuguese which I had to learn its basics as a result of a few visits to Mozambique.. (from Johannesburg)
@dochere-bolelwang wow I never thought about this 😳 but it sounds so cool but I think it will be hard for none Ethiopian or Eritrean to memories the letters 😕 Even if it's not Amharic, having a main language for the whole continent sounds so cool tho maybe Swali???
It won't be easy whatever the language one might think of.... In West and North Africa, Swahili would be totally strange I guess. My perspective is that if indeed Africa is to be united in some way, a common language has to be considered the same way as the easing of crossing national borders by Africans within the continent.. At least a business franca lingua for a start.
Ethiopia ❤
Nice one
Betam Gobez, your Amharic has improved. My house is behind the church omg.
Ameseganalew ❤️
Thanks for showing Addis Ababa, Ethiopia! Just to clarify, the fine for walking on the bike lane is 2,000 birr, not 50,000 birr. I think that includes the yellow line that's for blind people, also, they me said there’s a fine for wearing earphones while crossing the street, but I’m not sure of the exact amount. Personally, I’ve never seen anyone get fined for it
@@Tesfishbr Oh wow, a fine for earphones? Thanks for the additional information 👍🏾
You're welcome dear, I heard on the news that wearing two earphones while crossing the street is not allowed and can result in a fine, also not using designated crosswalks(zebra lines) especially on newer roads which has the bike lane it has a fine around 100 Birr
i 🙏wish a good luck always 🎉🎉❤
Thank you!!
The way you said the church said ቦሌ መድሀኒአለም perfect
Thank you!!
I’m coming in two months and I hope I can meet one of you . I am getting ready to move back to Ethiopia in 3 year plan so I’m visiting so get things ready for me and my kids.
@@messayhall609 I’d be happy to meet up when you arrive 😊
Mommy Ethiopia gets better…. Long way to get …. 👌… I want to see street food…. Specially for tourists … do you think so…? Thanks for sharing 🙏 I love watching your videos….😳🙏
“We’re vlogging!”😂🤣
@@MayaLynnebabyy 😂😂😂
Your Amharic is really good. Sorry about the aggressive solicitation. Sometimes you just have to avoid engaging just to preserve your peace for the day.
Thank you 😊
Might as well connect with fetti vlogs since you are in Ethiopia!
50,000br. fine?! that's outrageous. Maybe 50br. If you hit one of those palm trees with your car, I heard depending on the damage, you pay up to 300,000br. Considering the length of time to grow the trees and transport them to Addis, I guess the fine is fair
Well in Ethiopia 🇪🇹 it so big it has 80 ethnicity i think in the next few months all 12 Fedreal Regions of Ethopia🇪🇹 will be clebatate Nation🇪🇹 & Nationality🇪🇹 day
Ethopia has 12 Fedreal Region🇪🇹 and 2 Fedreal🇪🇹 cities Dire🇪🇹 Dawa and Addis Ababa🇪🇹 capital of Ethiopia 🇪🇹

Dire Dawa 🇪🇹 & Jigjiga🇪🇹 have good weather
By the way last video left comment.
I liked this video🎉
👍
Your Amharic is quite good
Thank you 🙏🏾
Hey partner 💓💓💓💓💓
Hi 👋🏾
the fine for walking on bike lane is 150 birr
Thanks! I’ve heard so many different things.
i heard they are going to demolish kasanchis area for this kind of development which is great but its a really challenging task to change this city since its been a poorly planned for a long time.
@@fraolgudeta2877 Interesting. Yes, it’s a monumental task.
Can palm trees survive at the high altitude of Addis? Would indigenous trees be more attractive and more practical?
Palm trees can survive in Addis Ababa, but their ability to thrive and sustain long-term depends on several factors. While palm trees are typically adapted to tropical or subtropical climates, some varieties, such as the African palm (e.g., Date Palm or Oil Palm), can tolerate cooler climates and can adapt to the conditions in Addis Ababa.
Can't you use GPS whole you are walking. I thought there is GPS to go around
I always forget to turn on GPS
1 .5 year and you will learn Amharic it easy
Please watch Lily Jay if you are a Christian and have questions about the Bible.
But Addis is much big City how to change full of the city by this standard
I see what you’re saying. Yes, it definitely will be challenging to bring the entire city up to this same standard.
Be carful some of them taking drag ….
@@coolnassa1420 who?
There is no such thing bro.
Are you sure you are not Ethiopian? Please check with your dad😂
Hahaha 😂
As Orthodox Christians you should do some research before wondering off, like any religious place in world. Such as covering hair and wearing modest clothing.
Is the head covering required inside the compound or only when you enter the actual church sanctuary?
Its to cover your hair , wear a long dress to take your shoes off when entering inside , there's a there is different entrance and section inside the church for men and women, im glad you visited the the Ethiopian orthodox church@@princesslivingfree
@@abietc2884 Oh ok! Thanks for clarifying that 😊
R u Ethiopian ?
@@zematube77 No, I am black American. My husband is Ethiopian 🥰.
Hopefully, they will remove those ugly green and blue metal fences. They should also stop painting the curbs black and white-it looks terrible. I've noticed that painting curbs black and white or red and white is common in most African countries, but with all due respect, it needs to stop because it looks bad.
Thanks for commenting!
I agree, it looks ridiculous. I don’t know a single Ethiopian that think those curbs look good. I don’t know why they keep painting them..
I think its for visibility to act as a marker for the road border because of the lack of street lights
If you see that metal in Ethiopia it's a construction site, before they used to paint it white and green but now they used different color it's (construction site
@@ethio_apartements So they will get removed after construction is completed?
You guys are in the capital city of Ethiopia and you are going to eat Indian food ? Are you kidding me ? With all the different authentic Et food 😀😁😂
What’s wrong with variation? They are not tourists, they live there
I eat Ethiopian food every day, and I also cook it at home.
Huh???
White people learn Amharic in six months. Chinese people also learn Amharic quickly.
I don't know why black people do not catch it quickly.
If you do not try, you will not speak. So, try!! 👈👈👈👈👈👈
What does that even mean bro
You sound dumb
🙄🙄
The person with a little brain commented this! DENQORO
Give money
We both gave. I just didn’t show it on camera 🥰 We gave to those who asked and to the new years chanters.
@@princesslivingfree Don't give money to anyone. Addis is full of beggers who come from all over Ethiopia because they think the people of the capital are rich. Don't be bothered just ignore and go on.
Is it your business to tell someone (her) whether or not to give something to someone else?
Don't give money to able bodied people who rather beg than lift a finger to get a job. It's an organized scam.
I don't like Addis because of the amount of people asking for money. This is a city of beggars and braggarts.
Yeah, unfortunately, it’s a symptom of the poverty and extreme wealth gap in Addis. Other cities in Ethiopia definitely aren’t as bad.
@@princesslivingfree the Amhar part more modest. more gentle because they follow the Torah Lowe even if they are not Jewish anymore.
