    The hairstyle makes you look Ethiopian by birth Princess..😀.. Nice video with " Minerves on the Move". I know Ethiopia has its mountains to climb still to address the socio-economic situation of her people among other needs but I am afraid, Ethiopia is getting better ahead of my beloved country (South Africa) in my view.. Wishing you strength with your business project (s).. It's not easy I know as someone who has spent years fiddling in business matters myself, but not doing it or trying cannot be right.. I was thinking the other day that wouldn't it be preferable to have Amharic as the franca lingua of Africa.. Amharic and Aramaic, the language Jesus spoke share the same ancient roots.. I am keen to learn it first than any other language on the continent including Portuguese which I had to learn its basics as a result of a few visits to Mozambique.. (from Johannesburg)

    • @I.....351
      @I.....351 Місяць тому +1

      @dochere-bolelwang wow I never thought about this 😳 but it sounds so cool but I think it will be hard for none Ethiopian or Eritrean to memories the letters 😕 Even if it's not Amharic, having a main language for the whole continent sounds so cool tho maybe Swali???

    • @dochere-bolelwang
      @dochere-bolelwang Місяць тому

      It won't be easy whatever the language one might think of.... In West and North Africa, Swahili would be totally strange I guess. My perspective is that if indeed Africa is to be united in some way, a common language has to be considered the same way as the easing of crossing national borders by Africans within the continent.. At least a business franca lingua for a start.

    Thanks for showing Addis Ababa, Ethiopia! Just to clarify, the fine for walking on the bike lane is 2,000 birr, not 50,000 birr. I think that includes the yellow line that's for blind people, also, they me said there’s a fine for wearing earphones while crossing the street, but I’m not sure of the exact amount. Personally, I’ve never seen anyone get fined for it

    Can palm trees survive at the high altitude of Addis? Would indigenous trees be more attractive and more practical?

    • @Zelazella1
      @Zelazella1 Місяць тому +1

      Palm trees can survive in Addis Ababa, but their ability to thrive and sustain long-term depends on several factors. While palm trees are typically adapted to tropical or subtropical climates, some varieties, such as the African palm (e.g., Date Palm or Oil Palm), can tolerate cooler climates and can adapt to the conditions in Addis Ababa.
