It's not uncommon for people to feel that police officers believe they are exempt from the rules, but one particular officer, PC 14551, takes it to another level. I have never witnessed an officer who displays such an extreme level of arrogance, condescension, and downright rudeness towards a member of the public who is simply going about their daily activities. It's truly shocking to see someone in a position of authority behave in such a manner.
I found it quite intriguing and thought-provoking when PC 14551 mentioned that "We're not well liked in the community." To be honest, I can't say that I'm entirely taken aback by this revelation.
This is why I always maintain that in general, female police officers are an absolute waste of space. They know they aren't going to win in a fist fight or a kicking competition so they try and make up for it (or so they think) by being assertive and forceful. Trouble is most of them don't possess any interpersonal skills and they just comes across as arrogant and condescending. They feel that they need to stamp their authority over people, even in a calm situation so they wade in with both feet and situations inevitably escalate unnecessarily.
I'm sure there are good female coppers out there with decent people skills who know how to talk to people effectively and politely, but the majority we see in auditor encounters are exactly as I've described above. It usually boils down to "I have a uniform and a warrant card, so you must do exactly as I say, and I'm going to act like a sullen teenager and have a strop if you don't".

If that officer is that concerned with someone making an application to the DVLA for the registered keeper details of her vehicle, she's perfectly entitled to make an application to the chief officer of her force to have her vehicle registration details restricted on safety grounds on the DVLA systems. That officer has taken the engagement far too personally and should have walked away. Her supervising officer is also responsible for not recognising that and should have advised her to walk away. There's no immediate danger and no offences being committed.

If ever it was needed to explain why there is a steadily increasing distance between the Police Service and the general public your video's should be up at the top of the list, without a doubt.
