  • Why I Quit Taking Steroids.
The Long Version - Watch the Video
The Short Version - Time Stamp - 11:39
    1. Health Problems (All Correctable)
    2. Don't want to die.
    3. Had a Son (Need to Raise him to be a man, not just give him money)
    4. Business is my favorite competition now.
    5. Just time to be done.
This Video has taken me quite some time to film.
Not because anything ground breaking but because I just had to go through the process mentally. No More Geared out Seth. And I have been Geared out Seth for almost 2 decades.
So, I needed to go through it before I talk about it.
Not many bodybuilders talk about it because some don’t stop, some fall off the deep end from it, and some may just not give a fuck. Haha
Me, it was a process to accept I am done and moving on in life.
Moving on from something that played a huge role in who I became and how I got here.
Hope you all enjoy the video.

I’m a 35 year old truck driver and recently got my blood work done. Everything was high from being stagnant and eating garbage. I knew it would be because I would get out of breath just walking 70ft, could feel my heart hurt while driving, and my body in general started hurting over nothing. But I dialed in my diet, bought power block adjustable dumbbells for my truck, and a yoga mat. Now I’m down 25lbs in a month and feel much better. I still have another 20 to go, but it took a conscious decision on my part to make it happen.
I always enjoy your videos, Seth. Thanks for all the good content!

From football (violent collisions and brain trauma) to wrestling (cutting weight and the constant grind of match after match) to bodybuilders (too much to list) these athletes must have said mentality to set aside their own health to reach that elite level. @Brandon Keppner check out the long term studies on testosterone at 600 mg week shows no harm done ,there are several studies you will find Google and deca at a few hund mgs is not damaging if your prolactin levels are ok as well. This is a very safe looking cycle ,as safe as your going to get because any less testosterone is just trt dose. 600.aint much. It takes me 300 to 400 mg a week for my trt to get regular levels and the studies show many benefits with no harm at 600 mg long term . It will a the mega doses of test and of trenbolone that start damaging organs ect . Your cycle will do you great with no problems Im sure. Just keep getting bloodwork and see where estrogen and prolactin levels and where blodwork is at regularly and you will be fine . This is not steroid abuse in any way those doses. I shot more than.that much test in a day and used to try 1000 mg at once to get a response . 600 mg is nothigh dose. High dose is a a gram and over 1000mg.
