I feel like it’s originally for string quarter but you changed it for trombone quartet. You didn’t remove the “arco”, “pizz”, or the upbow/Downbow articulations.

i might die from sharps also you left the double stops in playing 2 notes at the same like that is not feasible in that context

there's only one measure where there's 2 notes on the same part and you can easily just omit the whole note
